Hi, Im Lyn! I recently moved to North Park. ideally, I'm looking for 1-2 families who would like help on a regular basis. I'm a people person who finds joy in engaging with and caring for people of all ages. I am offering child care, senior care, and household services, including pet care. My background includes babysitting, chauffeuring, non-medical elder care, guided therapeutic movement, and athletic coaching. I also love animals and have lots of experience caring for them as part of the family! I'm experienced with keeping house, cooking, and tackling light admin/errands to lighten the load for parents and caregivers. I have experience with first aid and CPR (I am not currently certified, but would consider recertifying at clients request)
Hi, I'm Katherine. I am college student and current music major! Three words I’d use to describe myself are compassionate, authentic, and creative! I am so excited to be of help to you and your family! I’ve been helping my mom care for children and babysit practically my whole life. Alongside child care, I also have lots of experience in tutoring. Tutoring is a way to help others grow in their studies and confidence. Often, all it takes is approaching from another perspective. Learning is beautiful, and everyone's brain works a little differently. With a little patience and guidance, it becomes much easier! Also, tutoring is a great way for me to exercise my own brain! I began tutoring when I was roughly 11. My mom tutored and babysat as I was growing up. For as long as I can remember, our home was a sort of mini school with phonics posters and times tables on the wall. Once I got older, I was able to help out more and more. Now, im ready to help your child flourish! I have two dogs and two cats, they are my loves! I’ve also had fish, a bird, and chickens in the past. I’d be happy to care for any critter! Reading has been one of my favorite pastimes since I was little. I love letting myself become absorbed in magical stories! I have a personal collection of books in my room consisting of novels and children’s books and autobiographies. I’d be happy to read stories to your little one! I love to cook! I am big on nutrition, since I studied biology before deciding on music. I am not afraid to cook from scratch or tweak recipes to suit specific needs! With science and flavor, I can make a meal that ticks off every box! Music has my heart! I’m a classical musician, aspiring to touch the hearts of others with my music and teach as well. My main instrument is the french horn. I’m capable of offering lessons as well, if you are in possession of a horn! I also have experience with the trumpet and alto saxophone, and I am currently learning the guitar and piano!
Hi, my name is Daniella. I have almost a year of experience working as an after school teacher with children from first through sixth grade, along with over four years of babysitting and childcare volunteer experience. I’m known in my church community as a “baby and child whisperer” because of how naturally I connect with children and how comfortable they feel around me. I’m very calm, nurturing, and patient, while also being fun, playful, and engaging. I’m highly responsible, organized, and attentive to routines, safety, and each child’s individual needs. I’m comfortable handling all childcare responsibilities, including meals, activities, homework help, and daily routines. I take pride in creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel cared for and parents feel confident and at ease. I’m available Monday through Friday at any time, and Saturdays from early morning until 12 PM.
Hi! I’m Lola, a college student from Newport Beach. I’m offering childcare and household services. Growing up I would watch kids around my neighborhood, and I instantly fell in love with the passion for caregiving. Later on, I started working for the City of Newport Beach, where I currently work in after-school programs for children (Grades: TK-6th). I am also currently working as a part-time nanny for an infant, and I’m open to other families. I am experienced in all ages, and I am CPR/AED certified for all ages.
