Meet college nannies and sitters from Johnson State College

As the oldest in my family, so I’ve been the dedicated proxy parent for most of my life. I have had the privilege of not only raising my younger siblings as their legal guardians from age 6 through adulthood, but I’ve also been a caregiver for many local families in my hometown of Burlington, VT. I’m very passionate about giving children the environment and appropriate support to be their best unique selves. I am a business consultant and work with many small businesses looking to operate better and thrive. I share this because, ironically, people management is the same at home as it is in business. It's all about cultivating the potential of each person and growing them into leaders so that their contributions to the bigger vision is exponential in value.
