Meet college nannies and sitters from Keene State College

Hi, I’m Lindsay! As the second oldest of five, I grew up helping care for my younger siblings, including my brother with Williams Syndrome. This experience taught me the importance of patience, kindness, and understanding in caregiving. I began babysitting for other families at age 14 and have worked with children of all ages, from newborns to 12 years old. I graduated from college in 2018, spent two years in Boston, and moved to Denver in August 2020. I have a genuine love for spending time with kids and enjoy creating fun, engaging experiences through arts and crafts, playing games outside, and reading stories. I’m known for being creative, energetic, and playful, and I always strive to provide a nurturing and supportive environment. I work full-time in architecture and have over 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages and needs, from newborns through teens. I enjoy arts and crafts, science experiments, cooking, and active play, and I thoughtfully adapt my care to each child and family. I’m CPR certified with a clean driving record. My experience includes light household chores, meal prep, school pick-ups and drop-offs, bedtime routines, homework help, and supporting multiples and children with special needs. I currently volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters (6.5 years) and serve on the board of NOMAct, where I chair K–12 outreach and lead fun, hands-on architectural learning for kids.

I am the eldest daughter and granddaughter in a massive family! I’ve been taking care of little ones since I was one myself! Recently, my friend group and their friends have had quite the baby boom and I’ve been their go to nanny and babysitter for the last 5 years. Whether it’s mom and dad are working a full day or just need a night out, I’m happy to help! I think kids deserve to be nurtured and cared for in all aspects of life, they are a product of their environment and I strive to be a positive influence however I can.
