Hi! I'm Darya - an international student from Belarus. I have lived in the US for 4 years, and before UrbanSitter I cared for pets (Rover.com) and worked as a barista at Universal Studios. Back at home, I spent more than 10 years caring for my younger cousins. So I can be relied upon with kids of all ages from 3 to 15 :) I would describe myself as a cheerful and calm person, open to feedback and willing to make friends with kids. Hi families! My name is Isabella, and I’m excited to introduce myself and share a little bit about who I am! I am a caregiver with a background in patient care, and I truly enjoy caring for and supporting others. My experience in patient care has taught me the importance of being compassionate, patient, attentive, and present with the people I care for. I enjoy creating an environment where others can feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I am currently a nursing student taking a gap semester, as well as a facilitated yoga instructor and a sound bowl healer. Part-time, I am currently training to become a full-spectrum doula. These are all things that I am passionate about because I love creating peaceful, nurturing, and supportive spaces for others. I enjoy being present, listening, and meeting people where they are. Outside of that, I am a very creative and nature-loving person. I enjoy creating jewelry, painting, dancing, reading, journaling, going on hikes, going out in nature, doing yoga, spending time with animals, getting sun, and grounding. I love being able to slow down, connect with myself, and enjoy the simple things in life. Some of my current hobbies include learning how to crochet. P.S. I’m still a work in progress! 😂 I enjoy learning new things and allowing myself to be a beginner. I like to think of myself as a student of life. I find something so special in being able to learn and grow in your creativity without needing it to be perfect, just present. Three places on my world travel list are Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, and Barbados. I see traveling and immersing yourself in different cultures to be so beautiful and a true way of experiencing life. One thing I look forward to is being able to fully immerse myself in the experience of life, so that every day I am one step closer to being the best version of myself. Hello! I am a Kent State student majoring in Early Childhood Education! My dream is to teach grades 1-3! I am providing part-time child care services. I have worked in a daycare setting throughout college. I have been with all age groups there, from 6 months all the way to kindergarten. With my major, I work with kids from ages 5-12!

I am a very patient person with others. When I was a child I helped raise my own siblings and they both have mental disorders. I am very educated on special needs children (autism, Down syndrome ect.) I went to college for early childhood education I did not finish school due to life challenges. I will be able to teach the child anything you would like me to. I have pets myself and have always loved animals I can give medications, feed, walk, play, and do your normal routine with them. I am very educated on taking care of the elderly and I am strong enough to help them up, use the restroom, change them, help them bathe, medication administration. I am a neat freak and I do love to clean, your home will always look better than it did when I came in.
