Meet college nannies and sitters from Los Angeles Harbor College

Hello there. I have over a decade of nanny/ caregiving experience. I started working with children when I was still a child myself and have always had a love for helping and taking care of others. I was paid to tutor my peers in elementary and babysat the younger kids in my family/ neighborhood around that same time. Then I volunteered at the boys and girls club after school in high school. I have since been a career caregiver for elderly and special needs children/ adults. I have also been a live- in nanny for Mothers dealing with PPD, special needs toddlers and families that just need an extra helper around. I have worked private care, hired directly by families to work in their homes and also, work as a certified childcare provider in daycare facilities. I have also worked in and been in charge of nursing homes and group home facilities as house manager. I have experience with activities of daily living such as, but not limited to, grooming, leading activities, homework help, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation.
