$30 per hour for 1 child

Hello! My name is Allyssa! I have been a childcare provider for over twelve years. I am currently available to provide care on weeknights and weekends as well as holidays. At this time I’m not able to care for sick children. A little about my childcare related work history: I began working at my local church nursery, and then helped with the “twos” class, AWANA, and the morning “twos -kinder” Sunday school class. I have been a swim instructor at the YMCA, volunteered at a camp for children with cancer (survivor and former camper myself,) and I have been tutoring college students for the past three years and more recently k-12 in the past two years. I have worked with children ages 3mons-14year. I have held positions with several families as a nanny during school breaks and most recently worked helping with distance learning for a family prior to leaving for a full time position in my area of study when the kids returned to in person learning! If you have any other questions please ask! I’d love to share and appreciate the chance to get to know you and your family a little better! Thank you for considering me! Policies: I do not spank. I defer to the family for other forms of discipline. ***Late return fee*** If parents return more than 15 minutes late, rate is time an a half for the time beyond the scheduled return home. FOR SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN - I WILL NOT RELEASE THE CHILDREN TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE PERSONS WHO HIRED ME WITHOUT NOTICE AHEAD OF THE START TIME AND A COPY OF THE DRIVERS LICENSE OF THE PERSONS I AM RELEASING THE CHILD(REN) TO. Cancelation fee of parents - More than 48 hours notice, no fee. Less than 48 hours 25% of booking. Within 24 hours 50% of booking. Within 8 hours 100% of booking fee.

$20 per hour for 1 child

Greetings interested guardians of our youth, My name is Tori B.! I have many years of childcare experience despite my age. I am a Mouth Carmel Academy Alum and LSU student. I have cared for infants, toddlers, young children all the way up through high school. I provided pick up and drop offs, healthy meals, tutoring, errands, light house keeping, etc. Basically I would like to consider myself an extension of a dedicated mother doing what needs to be done for the family's best well being at request. Apart of my experience includes providing care for a family of toddler triplets, a classroom of energetic toddlers, to a developmentally delayed child in which I provided physical therapy, to an entire household with youth ages ranging from 4-16 just to list a few families. I can assure you that I am amazing under pressure, creative, fun, multitasking, sticking to deadlines, a positive reinforcement, and disciplined. I absolutely love caring for all ages being that I am a family connoisseur with strong views in organic traditional family values. I believe, in order to be the best one must put forth work and effort into the things you want out of life. Being a child care provider is more than just a job for me, it is a lifestyle of a mother and family I hope to have someday. Through child care I gain experience, broaden my horizons using conflict resolution strategies, and through reading, research, practice, and implementation. I believe child care is a skill to be exercised, practiced, and tested just as we practice mathematics. In order to become better and surpass expertise, I take our youth's childhood very seriously to be nourished, cherished, and guided into adulthood. Thank you for your interest, time, and considerations. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Nanny Tori ;)

Jessica $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I am a mother of an outgoing 16 year old daughter and a sweet little 10 year old boy who live out of state with their dad so I am able to help on my free time for other children. I love kids and have the personal experience to back it up as well. I am outgoing and fun but also very much keep a routine and schedule and feel it’s important for kids as well. So whatever your needs are, I’d be happy to meet the most important little ones in your world and take care of them as if they were my own. I also have dog and cat care experience as I’ve grown up around them and also have a sweet loving cat of my own now. I’m the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends as well because I love animals and welcome the opportunity to give love and attention to them but also am very responsible and make sure any particular needs are met such as giving medication on time or special food requirements or anything else our furry children may need! Bonus!! I am extremely organized and like things to be kept clean!

I’ve been caring for others for most of my life. babysitting at 11 for the family next door, caring for a 3-month-old, a toddler, and sometimes their 6-year-old as well. Since then, I’ve babysat and nannied for 14 years and have cared for as many as five children at once, ranging from newborns to teens. I especially love babies and am very confident with infant care, routines, feeding, soothing, and creating a calm, safe environment. I’ve been CPR and First Aid certified twice, including for infants. I’m warm, responsible, patient, highly attentive, and very safety-conscious. I’m also comfortable caring for children with allergies, illness, or injuries, and bring a calm, compassionate presence. Beyond childcare, I’ve cared for three grandparents (one paralyzed), including end-of-life care, which deepened my patience, gentleness, and reliability. I’ve also had dogs all my life and have lived with and cared for cats, so I’m very comfortable with pet care too. I’m a nurturing, trustworthy caregiver who genuinely loves caring for children, seniors, and animals.

$30 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I'm Rachel, and I absolutely love being a babysitter and caretaker! There's something so rewarding about working with kids, and I've been lucky enough to have some amazing experiences along the way. I've worked at a pediatric occupational therapy clinic where I learned how to help children reach their full potential while making sure they have fun in the process. I've also coached gymnastics, where I got to watch kids grow, challenge themselves, and celebrate their successes. Whether it's playing games, teaching new skills, or just being there to lend a hand, I'm passionate about helping kids feel safe, happy, and supported. I'm all about having fun, staying positive, and making sure every moment is filled with joy! I'd describe my personality as fun, creative, and friendly I like working with kids because they are curious, creative and are witnessing the world for the first time. Being able to be to help foster their creative spirit and witness their development is rewarding. I’ve been a nanny here in New York for a little over a year now and worked with a variety of children ages 4mo-12 years. Also available for: - house assistant work/ errands / home projects - pet sitting and walking - House Sitting

Sophie $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! My name is Sophie, and I recently moved to D.C. from Louisiana after graduating from law school at LSU. I have been babysitting since high school and love working with children of all ages. You can count on me to be dependable, patient, and caring. In addition to childcare, I’m also available to help with errands, pet sitting (I’m not allergic to any animals), and elderly care. I cared for my grandmother for three years before she passed away from dementia, so I’m experienced, compassionate, and attentive to the needs of seniors. While I don’t currently have a car, I’m more than happy to walk or use public transportation to get wherever you need. I’d love the opportunity to help your family—whether that’s watching your kids, caring for your pets, or lending a hand with day-to-day tasks. Please feel free to reach out if you’d like to chat!
