$18 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I am a college student off for summer break and am looking to help out families in the area! I have a ton of experience in childcare from 2 months old to 12 years old. I have worked summer camps and babysat for various families for around 5 years, was an afterschool nanny for a kindergartener one year, worked in a daycare, and last summer nannied full time for a 3 month old. I have CPR/first aid certification and am open to anything! I love playing games and being outside with kids and doing whatever they are interested in. My family also has 2 dogs so I am super comfortable with pets.

Jasmyne 4 reviews
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi Family, I’m Jasmyne a Chicago native and the proud second-oldest of six siblings — so you could say childcare has always been a big part of my life! I also have two adorable nephews I help care for regularly, which keeps my hands (and heart) full. In addition to years of hands-on family experience, I’ve also worked at a daycare, where I cared for children of different ages and helped plan fun, educational activities. On Sundays, I teach kids’ Bible studies at my church, which has deepened my patience, creativity, and love for helping children learn and grow. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and we share a strong sense of family and community. I bring that same dependable, loving energy to every family I work with. Whether it’s playing outside, helping with homework, or creating crafts, I strive to make every child feel safe, valued, and happy. I’d love to meet you and your little ones!

$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi, I’m Quinlan and I have been enjoying babysitting for over 6 years. I moved to California from Chicago after college to pursue a career in outdoor education. Through my experience in childcare, I have worked with children of all ages including infants, and children with developmental and/or physical disabilities. In my free time, you might find me hiking, doing yoga, eating ice cream, or volunteering at the Marine Mammal Center. I am always excited to help out parents and get to know kids even if it means just for a night, morning, or even homework help! I am fully vaccinated and have a reliable car.

$17 per hour for 1 child

18-year-old with a warm, approachable personality and a strong sense of responsibility. As the oldest of 8 siblings , I grew up caring for my younger brothers and sisters from a young age, learning patience, adaptability, and how to nurture children of different ages. Attended military school to earn my GED, where I developed discipline, leadership, and time management skills. CPR certified, with additional certifications in food handling, basic electricity, and safety awareness. Surrounded by successful role models such as nurses, police officers, and teachers—as well as other intelligent and hardworking men and women—I was guided onto the right path in life. Currently working on obtaining my business license and preparing to join the military to build a strong and successful future. Known for being respectful, dependable, and trustworthy. $25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I'm Sarah, and I’m a part time graphic designer, but right now I mostly nanny! I've been babysitting since middle school as the oldest of the kids in my neighborhood. I'm Red Cross certified (so if there's ever a choking hazard or a boo boo I'll be to the rescue!) and I love working with children, especially multiple children at once because I love to see their dynamic. I also love answering kids' questions and helping them learn and grow as individuals. I treat them with respect and autonomy, which builds their confidence as well as their comfort with me as a new adult in their lives. I hope you think I'm right for you! I request that you and your children be fully vaccinated with the latest rounds of COVID vaccines, as I want to keep myself, my family, and the other children I care for safe. Thank you!

Tania $20 per hour for 1 child

Hi there, I'm Tania. I recently moved to Chicago in July, and I'm 20 years old and bilingual. I adore animals—my roommate has a cat, and I just welcomed a new kitten into my apartment. Back home, I have a large dog named Riley who I miss everyday. I love meeting and connecting with new furballs, and I would love to work with your little ones and fur babies. I consider myself outgoing, kind, and passionate about what I do. As a college student, I bring a fun and active energy to my interactions. I enjoy arts and crafts, cooking, and baking, and I’d love to share these activities with the kids! Baking together can be such a fun way to bond and create something delicious. Although I’m new to babysitting professionally, I have experience caring for my niece and nephew back home. I started looking after my nephew when he was just one year old, which taught me a lot about patience and creativity in keeping little ones engaged. I’m excited to apply that experience in my babysitting role here, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for your little ones. I'm excited to create a nurturing and fun environment where kids can thrive, whether through play, learning, or simply having a good time together.

Steven $20 per hour for 1 child

I have spent the last 8 years working with children, teens, and adults diagnosed with autism and other mental health disorders. I was a CNA in a nursing and rehab facility, and have my bachelor's in psychology focusing on development. I have learned to be creative, patient, and firm in addition to existing personality traits of empathy and compassion. I enjoy video games, board games, tv and movies (especially cartoons/anime), reading, baking and cooking, and being outdoors when it's not too hot out.
