Hi! My name is Ella, I’m 21 years old, and currently a senior in college. I have over five years of hands-on childcare experience, beginning in Sweden, where I regularly babysat for multiple families. My passion for working with kids has only grown since then. I spent a full summer working at a daycare, caring for children ages 0–5, which gave me strong experience with infants, toddlers, and early childhood development. I have also worked as a camp counselor for three years, supervising overnight campers and helping create a fun, safe, and memorable environment.
