I love to guide children’s passions and curiosities. It is so rewarding developing their identity and their independence along side them. I am an extroverted song and dance type, which children find fascinating. I love to get them out of their shells. It creates trust to express yourself openly and helps build a secure attachment In my previous classrooms, Ive gladly practiced Positive Discipline. Which involves understanding and support, never shaming or humiliating. As well as treating children with respect and acknowledging their feelings/ perspectives. If caregivers foster a respectful environment, it models healthy communication. It teaches children to express themselves constructively. I have passionately and extensively learned hands on to be an Early Childhood Ed Teacher. I hold a pysch degree in Human Development with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. However, I prefer private childcare. I enjoy the freedom of creating and scaffolding without regulation. I enjoy catering personalized activities. I also create more intimate bonds through zeroed in focus, and typically am in their lives longer. *I have most recently worked long term infant jobs. I was lucky enough to enjoy the company of the families long term. I love working with children from infant to preschool. * I taught primary at an AMI certified Montessori school. (Combined 3-6 yr olds.) Previously, I taught toddlers and infants at Highland Academy. * 10+ years experience with 0-8 yr olds in classroom and home environments, *I am state certified in First Aid/ infant, standard CPR/Blood Safety. * Experience in relaxation techniques/ separation anxiety, language development, interpersonal communication, autism, speech therapy, occupational therapy, muscular dystrophy, potty training, behavioral challenges, & sexual predator safety. *I have wonderful mentors and references- please contact them! *I also do manicures, make believe, bug hunting, dress up, science experiments, and fancy hair. :-) LGBTQ+ advocate.

I’ve been a sitter/nanny for over 8 years in the front range. I am flexible, dependable, and an engaging babysitter. I love to be creative and silly with the kids. I try to make fun games and arts projects. I follow the Montessori method and allow kids to chose their own adventure while I create a safe environment to do so. I am open to helping with other jobs around the house and am comfortable with pets. Work History: - Toddler Montessori teaching - Date-Night, House & Dog Sitting - Home Health Care Aide - Children's Ski Instructor - Experience with children with developmental disabilities
Hi parents and caregivers! My name is Vee, and I am looking to fill a part time, full time, or occasional caregiving role for 1-3 children. I am an avid gardener and pet parent (I have several dogs, cats, and chickens) and I will be entering my senior year at MSU in the bachelors of science in social work program. I have several years of experience in childcare, but in the more recent years, I have been working in residential adolescent mental and behavioral health as either a counselor or a case manager. These roles have really helped me to practice staying calm, cool, and collected under pressure! I am also a “jack of all trades” crafter, and I love to foster creativity in children. I have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and a reliable, insured vehicle. I have no criminal history, and I do not smoke. If you have more questions, or you think we may be a good fit, please reach out! I’d love to form a lasting connection with your family.
Hi all! My name is Zeinab, I also go by Zee. I am a recent college graduate who moved from Colorado to New York a couple of weeks ago. My main profession is modeling. Outside of school and modeling, I pride myself on working as a tutor, substitute teacher, and camp counselor. I have worked with children for 8+ years and with seniors for approximately 2+ years (non-medical). I also have 2 years of experience caring for pets and have a deep love for animals; they truly feel like family to me! People around me would describe me as very bubbly, kind, and giving. I am an extremely organized and detail-oriented person, as well as an excellent communicator. I hope to work with your family soon! Warm regards, Zee
Hello! My name is Elena, and I currently work in child care - more specifically, with infants aged 3 months to 18 months in a licensed child care facility. The preschool I currently work at is Reggio based, so learning through play and nature is my current experience in early childhood education. I am exploring full-time work as a nanny because I feel that with my knowledge from working in child care as well as my working education of ECE, I would be very beneficial in the growth of an individual child. I have worked with many different age groups, ranging from infants to high schoolers. I found my passion with caring for infants! I currently have a class of 8, with 2 teachers including myself, so I am well versed with caring for multiple children at the same time! I have found that caring for multiple babies can be difficult from time to time, but I have also learned a lot about time management and organization through this type of work. Please feel free to ask me any questions!
