Hi, my name is Renee. I am a college educated, intuitive, and compassionate nanny. I have been a professional nanny for 12years and I have over 25 years of babysitting experience. I have experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers, and for twins between the ages of 10 days old and 7 years old. I have cared primarily for newborns, infants and toddlers. I have worked for families with up to four children. One of the families I worked for had 2 sets of twins (preschool and early school-aged). I enjoy being active with infants and young children, taking them out for walks, visiting parks, going on adventures to the zoo, playgrounds and libraries, reading books and singing songs. I love caring for sweet, kind children, and for families who value open communication. I have a fully insured, reliable Minivan that can accommodate 5 car seats, I am a non-smoker and I have a clean driving record. I am a proud mother to three children: a 4 year old girl, and two boys ages 7.5 and 11 years old. My children would not need to come with me. However, my youngest two children do miss coming to work with me and would love to have the opportunity to accompany if you have children of similar ages & need last minute care on a weekend they are with me. I would describe my nannying/parenting style as positive parenting/connection based parenting, which is evidence based. I believe in the importance of acknowledging a child's emotions and teaching them how to appropriately handle their emotions. I have taken many childhood continuing education classes and a few child psychology classes. Education: Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology Postpartum Doula MN Infant Toddler Credential Newborn Care Specialist I have current certifications in: CPR and First Aid (for infants and adults), C.A.R.S, and SUID/AHT class (formerly known as SIDS/Shaken Baby Syndrome). I can provide my letters of recommendation and my background check during in-person interviews. My cancellation policy is as follows with any booking: 100% of booking fee to be paid by a family if cancelling with less than 24 hours notice. 4 hour minimum booking fee to be paid if cancelling within 24 to 48 hours of a booking.

I am a fun, caring, God-fearing, trustworthy individual. I come from a Christian background and a big family. I’m currently a Montessori lead teacher and I’ve been in a lead role for a year and a half. Prior to that, I’ve been nannying for 2 years in home before switching to an early childhood center. I recently had a baby girl April 2024, I love my job, but I’m looking to become an independent home caregiver to create a more intentional and focused environment. I’m an active member of my church, and when I’m not at church, I am at family events or at home with my family! I want to use my wisdom to be a part of the development of children and make an impact in their life while helping families. I’m here to serve others! I have CPR, AED, and first aid certification from the American Heart Association. I have some Montessori training as well. In my past I obtained CNA certification, and I’ve worked with the elderly for 3+ years before switching to working with children. My heart is with the children and the elderly. I have experience with ages 0-10; I prefer to work with infants up to ages 4 or 5. I am willing to take on kids over that age if there is an infant or another child. I can do anything needed by the parent. I enjoy all activities! Anything from painting, reading, arts and crafts, language exploration, sign language, and more. Since I have my own infant I would like to open my home to families instead of traveling.

Hi, care seekers! I'm a college degreed grandmother of 6 precious humans, and I'm a naturally caring, empathetic person. My BA is in a social services major, and I've worked both personally and professionally with adults, teens, and all ages of littles. I am patient, have that special "grandma energy," and can do everything from sing songs with your toddler to assisting your adolescent to make sense of that hard essay. As a good, health-aware cook, I can prep your ingredients for dinner (who doesn't need a sous chef?), or prepare the whole thing for the family, so you can come home to a hot meal, if that's what makes your life easier! Let me throw the laundry in the machine, load the dishwasher, iron your work shirts (does anyone do that anymore?), water the plants, get the mail, give your kiddo his snack, address your party invitations, play board games, and be there so your teenager has someone to ignore! Do you have an elder in the house? I will help your aged mom remember to take her meds, be sure she doesn't fall, play scrabble with grandpa, and prep their favorite sandwich with just the right amount of butter (that's important). I am respectful of all religions (or no religion), and will be sure to uphold your family's priorities so that your children have continuity within your home's environment. Just explain to me what your values are, and I'll consistently reflect them to your kids and elders (even if they are not my own values). I am friendly with all ethnicities. Do you have a special party coming up? If I'm available, we can work out some help with all the details to make your party run smoothly. I can prep a mean appetizer plate, set your table just so, assist with serving and clean up, and wrap those little gifts for your holiday event. Everybody needs some holiday help, right? Hit me up with what you envision, and we can lighten your load so you can have a little fun at your own event! Bonus: Sometimes I can even work on a holiday. I no longer host the Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter feasts (my adult kiddos do that), so if you are desperate for someone to peel the potatoes or make candy cane reindeers with your kindergartener while you wrap presents (or vice-versa), just ask me if I can make that happen. Let's collaborate to brighten up your stressful life!

With a strong foundation in service and dedication, I am a compassionate caregiver and military veteran, bringing a wealth of experience and a nurturing spirit to every role I undertake. With a Bachelor’s degree, I combine academic knowledge with practical skills honed through diverse experiences, including my time as a para-professional within the school district. In this role, I have provided support to young children and those with special needs, ensuring an inclusive and enriching environment for all. As a proud dog mom to a 14-year-old pup, I understand the importance of companionship and empathy, qualities that translate seamlessly into my caregiving approach. My professional background as a kitchen staff member at a Girl Scout camp has further developed my ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, catering to the needs of children and fostering their growth through engaging activities. Additionally, my passion for gardening reflects my nurturing nature and commitment to fostering growth—both in plants and in the lives of those I care for. I am dedicated to providing high-quality care, ensuring that every individual feels valued, supported, and empowered. My unique blend of military discipline, educational experience, and a heartfelt commitment to service, I am not just a caregiver but a steadfast advocate for the well-being of those I serve.

My mom runs an in home daycare. I helped her supervise children 0-5 years old. They like me because I’m kind gentle. Burping babies, bathing them, feeding them, infant to two years is pretty boring, however I get to watch them grow intrinsically to me. Kids are nice spirit, I know how to release their full potential from 0- 5.
