Hello, I am Linda. I have been taking of children as a nanny since 2010. I worked as a substitute teacher at Bright Horizons. I am COVID-19 compliant, including all boosters, and my immunizations are up to date. I receive the flu shot every year. I also received the RSV shot. I am kind and compassionate. I love teaching and helping children reach their full potential. Helping them to be independent and well-rounded individuals. My experience is with newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-age children. Arts/crafts, music/movement, reading, age appropriate science experiments, cooking/baking, and the library summer reading program are some indoor activities I like to do with kids. I have many resources of educational and fun things to do for all age groups. Outdoor activities include playing tag, scavenger hunts, going to parks and playgrounds, etc. Going to museums, the fire house, the zoo, and the library are just a few of the places we would visit for our adventures. In my free time, I love reading, cooking, photography, gardening, painting, and chess (I am a novice). I am currently learning Spanish, Italian, and perfecting my American Sign Language skills. I am an early childhood and ECE major with a passion for the littles! I found an introduction into this path working as a babysitter for my infant and toddler aged nephews and cousins in highschool. While in school to obtain my bachelor’s, I have worked in clinics, in home, middle school and currently as a lead teacher in a preschool! I love spending time at the beach, enjoying nature, or watching movies and cuddling with my two cats! I am comfortable feeding, changing, preparing meals, helping with academicsㅤ, light household work, and pets in the home!
