I have experience with ultra early starts (3:30 AM) for a first responder family. They had a 7 year old that I would drop off to school in the morning, and a 2 year old that I would babysit in their home. I understand the importance of punctuality and the logistics of school drop offs/pickups. I also worked as a "Floater Aide" across Orange County preschools, gaining hands-on experience from infants through 5 year olds, including changing diapers, putting infants and children to nap, and assisting with classroom activities.
