Hi, my name is Nancy and I have been working with children ranging in age from 3 months to 15 years old for approximately 21 years . I have a Teacher permit through the state of California and an Associate in Science degree in the field of Early Childhood Education. Currently I provide early intervention services to children in their homes, working on any developmental delays they have. I coach parents on how to play with their child as part of their daily routine. In addition, I have a business as a special education advocate, helping parents through the IEP process. My child care experience began many years ago as a babysitter for families in my neighborhood. I have always enjoyed working with children and experiencing the joy of watching them grow, learn and explore the world around them. I worked as a nanny in Hawaii while also working as a youth development mentor at the Boys and Girls Club of Maui. My experience teaching at child care centers allowed me the opportunities to care for children as young as 3 months old, which included daily routines of diapering, feeding and napping, as well as reading, singing and soothing. I have experience with tummy time, bottle feeding, determining why an infant may be upset and of course, building a trusting relationship. As the children got older, I was an integral part of their development from crawling and scooting to assisted walking, to walking without assistance; from bottles to cups and finger foods, and language development. A big part of my day was also spent fostering social emotional development Activities that I enjoy doing with children include art, music, dance, gross and fine motor movement, sensory, science, reading and outdoor play. I pride myself on being creative and resourceful when it comes to planning fun activities and keeping children engaged. In my free time I enjoy hiking, camping, reading, surfing and other ocean sports. I have recently taken archery lessons and love it! If you are seeking a trustworthy, experienced loving caregiver I hope to hear from you soon and meet your family. Thank you.

Hello! My name is Anastazja, but you can call me Azja. I’ve been on UrbanSitter for about 11 years now, since I was 18, but have been babysitting for what feels like my whole life! I’m the eldest of three children, and definitely had a hand in raising my brother and sister. My grandmother had 13 siblings, so I’ve had a lot of cousins, nieces, and nephews that I have helped out with over the years. I’ve done both one time sitting jobs as well as long term nanny positions in my time on UrbanSitter, ages ranging from 3 weeks old to 13 years old! I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve when it comes to crying newborns at naptime, or mischievous kiddos trying to evade the bedtime routine. I’m a big sister, so I have a lifetime of experience using a firm but gentle approach to misbehavior and tantrums, while still making sure your kiddo has the best day ever! I was a camp counselor as a pre-teen and always have arts and craft activities to do! Reading and doing some arts and crafts activities is great for all ages and it’s still my favorite hobby. A little about me, I’m a San Franciscan, born and raised! J moved to NYC in 2024, and have been having a blast getting to know the Cuty ever since. I also am a part time art teacher for K-8 students, who enjoys crafting, thrifting, watching live music and broadway shows, and reading. I am up to date on my Covid vaccinations, as well as others. I’ve also been recertified in CPR as of March 2026. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the booking day of, you must pay 50% of the booking fee.

Hi! I’m Julia, a professional nanny with over 10 years of experience supporting families and caring for children of all ages, from newborns to school-aged kids. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of São Paulo and over 12 Early Childhood Education credits, which have helped me develop a strong foundation in child development, communication, and creative learning. I’ve worked with a wide range of families, including those with infants (starting as early as 4 months), premature twins, toddlers, and multiple siblings. My experience includes everything from bottle feeding, sleep training, and potty learning to creating educational play activities, supporting developmental milestones and organizing enriching outings. I’ve also navigated food allergies, maintained structured routines and provided overnight care when needed. I believe in a gentle, respectful approach while holding firm and loving boundaries and I love fostering independence, curiosity, and confidence in every child I care for. What I love most about nannying is forming deep, trusting relationships with the children and families I work with. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch little ones grow and thrive in a safe, nurturing environment where they feel seen, supported, and celebrated. I aim to be a calm, steady presence in a family’s life. Someone who brings joy, structure and a helping hand whenever it's needed. A little about me: I live in Walnut Creek with my wife and two dogs. I’m fluent in both English and Portuguese, have a clean driving record and am certified in First Aid and CPR. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, cooking, hiking, and hosting friends for game nights or home-cooked meals. I’d love to learn more about your family and how I can support your child’s growth, happiness, and daily routine. Looking forward to connecting!

Hello! My name is Anaya, and I was born and raised in San Francisco. Growing up in a large family with many younger siblings naturally introduced me to caregiving at a young age and helped spark my passion for working with children. I have over six years of childcare and caregiving experience, including nannying children from infancy through age 10. I worked as a paraeducator with the San Francisco Unified School District, where I supported children with moderate to severe disabilities. This experience has strengthened my ability to be patient, attentive, adaptable, and supportive of each child’s individual needs and routines. I am also a mom to a 6-month-old, which has given me an even deeper appreciation for the level of trust parents place in the person caring for their child. I understand firsthand how important it is to have someone who is loving, dependable, communicative, and attentive to the little details. My childcare style is hands-on and engaging. I enjoy incorporating age-appropriate educational activities, reading, outdoor time, walks, sensory play, and creative activities while also respecting each family’s routines and parenting preferences. I’m comfortable with infants and toddlers, diapering, feeding, meal preparation, transportation, and light child-related tidying. I am currently looking for a consistent nanny position with a wonderful family. As a mom to a 6-month-old, I am ideally looking for a family who would be comfortable with my baby accompanying me approximately two days per week. I do have additional childcare support available for the remaining days and am happy to discuss a schedule that works well for both of our families. Caring for another infant or young child around a similar age would be an especially great fit. I love the idea of providing both children with opportunities for age-appropriate socialization, interactive play, walks, reading, sensory activities, and learning alongside one another, while still making sure each child receives plenty of individualized attention and care. I understand that every family’s needs and routines are different, and my priority is creating an arrangement where parents feel completely comfortable and their child feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I would love to connect and learn more about your family and what you’re looking for in a nanny!

Hi! My name is Linda. I love kids and they love me.We always have the best time! I turn most everything into a joke, game or story. I bring games and toys they don't have including cards. About 11 years ago I realized I missed working with children. I raised two amazing daughters myself and had a successful daycare in my home when my youngest was little. Kids are love, joy and curiosity. Who wouldn't want to be surrounded by that? Helping little people become big people is so rewarding and comical. I truly enjoy how their minds interpret the world around them. It is a joy and a privilege taking care of them. I have taken care of several Autistic boys, and one Downs syndrome boy. Kids are kids. We go to the parks, museums, movies, Pump It Up, Safari Run, Chuck E. Cheese,Rock and Jump, La Petite Playhouse, Coyote Point, libraries, classes, fairs, parties, and anything else that sounds fun. Indoors we play with trains, cars, games, I Pads, play dough and balloons. We paint, color, watch videos, read, exercise, do puzzles, indoor rides and use lots of imagination. I also am a certified Food Handle. Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to hear from you soon! Linda White
