Hi! My goals as a Nanny are to take care of children, help them grow, and watch them have fun! It's important to me to have a wonderful relationship with both the children, and family that I work for. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am dependable, honest, patient, understanding & kind. I have teaching experience from Tutor Time where I was the Lead Toddler Teacher for five years before moving from WA to NV. I learned how to create curriculum and track milestones there. But, I also held an infant for the very first time & became a diaper changing pro! Haha!! Before I became a lead, I got to work with all the age groups from infants to school agers. I've worked with anywhere between 4-12 kids at a time. I learned about different behaviors, and each child's needs, while also memorizing all special dietary and allergy restrictions. Hello! My name is Allyson I am thirty years old and a mom to two lovely girls! I am looking to do some date night babysitting! A little about me! I have recently moved here from Washington State this month! I have experience working with children that are nuero-typical and nuero-divergent, I have worked at a daycare for little over 4ish years. In Washington I worked in the school district as a para in SPED for six years and now I have been hired on to work in Belton! I have had background checks at my previous/current jobs along with a portable background check through DCYF and reliable transportation.
