I am a dependable, compassionate, kind and patient caregiver with several years of experience providing care to children, seniors, and families. I genuinely enjoy helping others and believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and encouraged. I am attentive, organized, and reliable, and I enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, homework assistance, and creative learning. I also understand the importance of maintaining routines, preparing simple meals, and keeping a clean and organized home.
Hi! My name is Bianca, and I’m a sophomore at Thomas Jefferson University. I’ve always loved being around children and caring for them, so babysitting has always felt very natural to me. As the oldest daughter in my family, I’ve had years of experience caring for my two younger sisters since they were babies. I’ve also cared for children in my family and for close family friends, from babies and toddlers to older children. I would describe myself as patient, caring, understanding, responsible, and fun! I love keeping kids entertained, whether that’s playing games, doing activities, helping with homework, going outside, or simply spending time together. I also understand that every child is different, so I’m always willing to learn their personality, routine, and what makes them feel comfortable and happy. I’m happy to help with things beyond childcare as well, such as preparing meals, light tidying, running errands, and helping with homework. Most importantly, I want parents to feel comfortable knowing their children are safe, cared for, and having a good time while they’re away. I’d love the opportunity to become someone your family can trust and rely on!
Hello! My name is Ruby and I am a graduate student in Jefferson’s Occupational Therapy program. I have been professionally working with children for 4 years, including 2 years as a para-educator for elementary and middle schoolers, 1 year as a Direct Support Professional, and a collective 4 years of babysitting. I am passionate about building community with others and creating a safe space where kids can be themselves! I am CPR/Basic Life Support certified and am a non-smoker.
