Meet college nannies and sitters from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga

I am a UTC sophomore. I am majoring in finance, but I love being around kids. I used to help out my old middle school in Nashville with child care and have loved it ever since. I also love dogs, sadly I am allergic to cats. I have grown up in private school and am a Christian with good morals.

I’m a childcare professional with more than 20 years of experience caring for children in a variety of settings, including schools, childcare programs and private homes. I’ve worked with children of different ages and developmental stages and have extensive experience creating safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children can learn, play and be themselves. I’m dependable, patient, attentive and genuinely enjoy getting to know the children in my care. I’m also someone who understands that every child and every family is different. I pride myself on paying attention to routines, personalities and individual needs. My years of experience have also taught me how to remain calm and resourceful when things don't go according to plan. Beyond childcare, I have experience with house and pet sitting and appreciate the trust that comes with being responsible for someone’s home while they are away. I am comfortable caring for pets and making sure that they and the home are cared for as the owner would expect. I’m naturally observant, organized and responsible. I love reading, music, film, tv and finding ways to make ordinary days fun and memorable for children. I also bring a strong sense of humor, good communication skills and the ability to connect with people and animals easily. After more than two decades working with children and families, I don’t take the responsibility lightly. When someone trusts me with their child, pet or home, I treat that trust with the same care and respect that I would want for my own.
