Growing up in Nicaragua made her a very family based woman and it created the intention to always take care of younger ones and bring them up well. Other than her two children, she raised her three granddaughters and would often take care of other family member's children. While she lived in Nicaragua, she was a teacher and taught many subjects, her favorites being history, math, geography and Spanish. Then she moved to the United States with her children, and attended Los Angeles City College to study nursing and would go on to work 35 years in the nursing industry before retiring. Flor has extensive experience working with people of all ages and all abilities and is fully ready to learn to take care of any accommodations and provide for those with special needs. She is fluent in Spanish and English and can read and write in both languages. She loves music and dancing and knows how to put anyone in a good mood with a funny joke.
