Hi my name is Sydney and I am currently finishing my program to become an SLPA, which now requires most of my day to be spent completing my clinical hours. I am looking for opportunities, mostly in the morning, to supplement those unpaid internship hours. As for my experience, I worked at an elementary school as a literacy teacher for the past three years giving me lots of experience working with children ages 5-11. On the weekend I coach soccer for kids ages 2-7 and have currently been working with a family in the evenings for the past two years (ages 5 & 3). Additionally, I have experience looking after pets, specifically cats and dogs and supporting families with other household tasks. I enjoy getting to engage in creative, active and educational activities with kids while learning how to best support their growth.

Hello parents! I have been working with children since I was 14. I have been a camp counselor, a swim instructor aide, a lifeguard and a nursery care provider. I have current CPR/AED and first aid training as well as infant and child CPR training. I have experience with children of all ages. I love spending time with kids because they are so much fun and have boundless energy. When I take care of kids I love to play games, do arts and crafts, or anything else that keeps them active!
