Originally, I am from Texas and I have a younger brother and sister, and am older than most of my cousins so I have a lot of experience with kids and teenagers. I also mentored at Corey Elementary school during my junior year of high and at Boles Jr. High school during my senior year of high school. Being the oldest of 8 also played a role within childcare because my siblings were my first taste of “babysitting” then of course came cousins, a friend of a friend and so on. My favorite thing about babysitting is being able to bond with the child and the parent is now at ease knowing their child is comfortable and cared for.
