Being around children is so fun and life giving! They are filled with endless wonder. I was fortunate enough to TA and mentor 3rd graders and kindergarteners in an elementary school and I have babysat toddlers over the years. I am patient, silly and kind and hold safety as a priority with your child in my care. Additionally, I used to be a provider for my mom who is disabled and would handle errands, med visits, exercise and occupational therapy for her. I also have house sit for 2 years and cared for cats and dogs as I love animals!

Hi! I’m a 22-year-old college student at San José State University majoring in Social Work with a minor in Child & Adolescent Development. I’m CPR certified, have a valid driver’s license, and have my own reliable car. I have several years of experience working with children. I recently completed a school district internship where I worked one-on-one with children ages 4–12 in a middle school wellness center, and I currently work at an after-school care program Monday–Friday from 3–5 PM. My schedule may occasionally include minimum days, so my availability can vary. I’ve also worked at summer camps for the past 4 summers, working with children from kindergarten through 4th grade. As a camp counselor, I was responsible for a group of 8 children during activities, pool time, and field trips. I’ve also worked as a teacher’s assistant with 1st–4th graders, helping in the classroom, supervising recess, and accompanying students on field trips.
