HI there, For my childcare experience, I was lead preschool teacher at the Montecito YMCA in 2021 for that year. My classroom had around 10-13 children ages 3-4 year olds, and in the afternoon I helped manage the entire school around 34 children :) I had been assisted teacher there in 2018 for about 6 months, before moving onto marketing. I serve on the Board of Directors for Friendship Center in Montecito, California - an adult day service, the only privately funded model like it in the country!
