I have worked with families and individuals, I was aupair for 2 years in USA. I truly enjoy working with children and adults. I’m also passionate about pet care, making sure that dogs receive the attention, love, and exercise they need. Additionally, I have experience in housekeeping, maintaining homes tidy and organized. Over the years, I have developed strong skills in newborn care, including feeding, diaper changing, and soothing techniques. I’m also experienced in engaging toddlers and older children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and creativity. Whether it’s helping with homework, organizing fun activities, or ensuring a structured routine, I always strive to meet the unique needs of each child. I’m reliable, patient, and detail-oriented, always making sure to meet the needs of those I work with. I would love the opportunity to help your family!

“Blended into our family immediately. Truly a professional. Incredibly helpful and intuitive. I have a 5 and 21 month old and she was able to cater to each of their needs, and mine by helping clean up the kitchen!”

Hey, My name is Pride, and I'd love to be considered for your nanny position. I've been a childcare provider for 14 years and am a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, CPR/First Aid trained, and I also hold a diploma as an English teacher. I've spent much of my career caring for infants and young children, and I genuinely love supporting their growth and development. I provide a warm, patient, and nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and heard. I enjoy reading, singing, painting, and creative activities that encourage learning through play. My experience has taught me to be dependable, thoughtful, compassionate, and calm. I'd love the opportunity to learn more about your family and hope to hear from you. Thank you for your time! As a doula, I support families before and after birth, strengthening my patience, communication, and understanding of each child's unique needs. I would be honored to care for your little one and support your family.

“Pontsho (also called Pride) has been a godsend! My kids are 10yo and 12yo boys and we all felt really connected to Pride when we first met. Out of all the sitters we interviewed, my kids requested her above anyone else. And she's been just wonderful! She plays all-day-long games of Monopoly, takes the kids on long walks to playgrounds, reads stories, plays games, hangs out doing crafts and chatting, makes them lunch ... My kids are visiting their dad so i'm not around, but they call me every day and they're just really content and happy. It was hard to find someone from a distance and only meet her over FaceTime! But Pride's references were amazing and I can see why. Knowing that I can feel safe and comfortable from a distance is priceless.”

Hi! I’m a reliable, patient, responsible, and experienced nanny and caregiver with a genuine passion for caring for children and helping families create a happy, safe, and well-managed home environment. I’m able to respond quickly and creatively to challenging childcare situations while remaining calm, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I believe children should have fun, but I also believe in creating opportunities for them to learn, explore, and develop their creativity. In addition to childcare, I’m an experienced tutor who has taught math and science. I’m happy to assist with homework, school projects, reading, and other educational activities. I enjoy keeping children engaged with age-appropriate learning activities rather than having them spend the entire day watching TV or playing on devices. I’m disciplined, dependable, personable, and a people person. I’m also comfortable preparing nutritious and delicious meals, as I genuinely enjoy cooking. Helping with meal preparation and maintaining a comfortable, organized home is something I take pride in. I’m nurturing, attentive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to support the families I work with. I understand that every family has different needs, and I’m happy to be flexible with schedules and stay longer when needed whenever possible. Most importantly, I care for children with the same patience, kindness, and attentiveness I would want for the children in my own family. I’m a sister, a friend, and an aunty, and caring for others comes naturally to me. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family and learn more about your childcare needs. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you, and I look forward to connecting with you!

Hello! My name is Janine and I have five years of experience working with kids. "When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
