Personal hobbies of mine include band, lacrosse, and painting. I’ve been working with children for ~6 years, and have been watching newborns, toddlers, or kids since I was 14. I have a little brother (9) who I help out with consistently, and helped extensively during covid. As a full time student, I tend to help out more with occasional/ date night bookings during the school year but am always more available in the summer time. I enjoy crafting, going to the park, and cooking/baking. Cancellations within 24 hours/same day require 100% of pay. *Applies to last-minute bookings and sick days as well* -Minimum of 4 hours per booking. (Trial runs excluded for this). -Family shares (children from different families) are billed at a different rate. -For jobs over 40+ minutes away, I ask to be reimbursed for travel time. -Full time of booking must be payed for, even if you come home early. -I do not provide transportation with my personal vehicle but I’m happy to drive the guardian/parents car if needed. -I do not care for sick children to protect myself and other children I take care of. I’m a devoted mother of two adult children, including a daughter with special needs who was born prematurely. Doctors didn’t expect her to survive, but with my constant, loving care like that of a nurse she grew strong. That experience taught me deep patience, medical awareness, and how to nurture with compassion. I’ve also cared for children and elderly family members, as in my culture we show great respect and love for our elders. Most recently, I cared for a baby here in the U.S., giving me hands-on experience with infants in a new environment. I’m very patient, attentive, and trustworthy.
