Hello my name is Adriana and I'm from Caracas, Venezuela. I speak Spanish and English fluently. After high school I studied at a culinary school. I love food and cooking in general. After working in Venezuela in some kitchens I decided to come to US as an au pair, to learn the language, and more about this country and culture. Also I love kids, they are adorable and funny. So I knew that being an au pair would be a great. opportunity and experience for me. So, I came to the SF bay area (Novato) in 2008 untll 2010. I was an au pair living with a great american family taking care 2 boys. They were 4 and 1 years old when I got there. I was responsible for them for 45 hours a week while my host parents were at work. My duties include making their meals, laundry, homework, etc. I also played with them, read books to them, and participated in their daily activities. It was a great experience. After 2 years as an aupair. I started working as a nanny with an awesome family in Dubouce Triangle, taking care 1 boy (5 year old) and 1 girl (3 years old) also 45 hours a week. After being an live in nanny I stared to work ocationally eith kids. I have worked with all ages. I like all kids but my favorites are infants and todlers. I am currently taking care of a seven months old baby two days a week, and am available for occasional night or weekends. I am flexible with my schedule, (given at least two day's notice), and am always looking for extra hours, so please feel free to contact me! Also I'm animal lover so if you have a dog, cat, fish, snake, lizard, mouse, or whatever I'll be totally ok.... ;) NOTE: For ocatinal nanny share. the rate is $25 per family p/hr.

Most recently, I was a nanny for 4 years to two children in Ingleside until they both went to daycare/school full time. I’ve been a long term nanny twice to two sets of twins from two families. The first set for 10 yrs. Next set for 3 yrs. I’ve taken care of hundreds of children from newborn to 17. I’m extremely proud of my first set of twins having graduated college in 2025. They are my best references;) I also ran a dog walking/cat care business in SF for 13 years. Comfortable with most pet care. I love to spark creativity by helping children discover new things each day through play, reading, music, singing aloud, creative arts and limiting screen time. I’m committed to promoting a child’s physical, mental, and emotional development. I supply all the loving care/support (lots of hugs and snugs). Im patient and I maintain an easy going manner but offer children clear guidelines/boundaries that promote positive behavior patterns. I am a native Californian, everyone’s cheerleader, an organizer/cleaner/minimalist, am focused on a healthy lifestyle, do not use any type of social media, haven’t owned a tv my entire adult life, am a multi tasking beast, have a pro-active get it done moving forward mentality, creative problem solver, have a big heart, my mom sent me to etiquette school so my manners are on point, have a calm demeanor but goofy sense of humor and can handle being called poo poo all day by toddlers. Hello families!! My name is Esthefania, and I am looking for full time role (split schedule accepted, ROTA position more than welcome), or two part time roles. I am currently doing a ROTA nanny backup care for 6 amazing children, but I’m looking for a long term role where I can bring my love and passion for taking care of others. I have been doing this for 8 years, amazing years with rewards and challenges, but always open to learn and accept feedback. I have work authorization, so a W-2 position is welcomed. I honor the family’s rules, but I am also proactive and comfortable taking initiative. I believe being a nanny is about more than just taking care of the children. It’s about becoming a trusted and reliable part of the household. I am open to step in whatever is needed in the household, from light tidying up to laundry, grocery shopping and meal prep! Let’s connect. I can’t wait to meet you!

“Esthefania is an amazing caretaker! She watched our twins for a week while their regular nanny was away and dropped right into our routine. She is warm and capable and kind. ”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
