Hello! I’m Tatiane and I have several years of experience working with children of different ages, from infants to school age, and I've supported families around San Francisco. I focus on creating a calm, caring environment where kids feel safe, understood, and comfortable. I currently care for a little boy I’ve been with since he was 6 months old, and he’s now 2. I also care for his siblings, ages 4 and 6, during school breaks and whenever needed. I’m very comfortable managing multiple children, balancing different ages and needs, and keeping everyone’s routines running smoothly. I’m still working with this family, but as the youngest is starting school, I’m beginning to look for my next family. Alongside my current position, I’ve worked with several other families over the years, including during my time as an au pair. In one family, I was responsible for three young children, including a baby, and with another, I cared for two older children. I also have experience caring for twins and adapting to different family routines and dynamics. I’m patient, reliable, organized, and very communicative. I enjoy creating a warm environment where children feel comfortable, confident, and encouraged to communicate and develop naturally. I’m looking for a family where I can build a long-term, trusting relationship and become someone both the children and parents can truly rely on. Additional Details: • I have a valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record. • CPR and First Aid certified • I’m fully vaccinated • MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management • TEFL Certified (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) If you're looking for someone responsible, caring, and organized to help with your little ones, I would be happy to bring my experience, dedication, and positive energy to your family.

My name is Michelle, and I’ve been working as a career nanny for the past 10 years. I hold a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Psychology, and caring for children has always been my passion. I recently moved back home to continue my work with families and absolutely love babysitting whenever I get the chance or when I’m home visiting family. As for my experience, I’ve been caring for children since I was about 10 years old. Over the years, I’ve worked with kids of all ages — from newborns and toddlers to teenagers — and have supported families in a wide variety of ways, including: • Tutoring and assisting in after-school programs (ages 8–12) • Nannying for several families with children ranging from infants to teens • Providing on-call babysitting for multiple families as needed • Transporting children to school, practices, games, and outings • Working as a “mother’s helper,” assisting with errands, laundry, dishes, cleaning, and organizing the home In addition to my professional background, I’m also a mom to two young children (ages 2 and 4), which has deepened my understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs. I’ve cared for groups as small as two and as large as fifteen, so I’m very comfortable managing multiple children and adapting to busy schedules. I’m upbeat, friendly, responsible, and always happy to help wherever needed. I truly believe I have a natural way with kids, and I’d love the opportunity to support your family!

“Michelle was extremely competent, kind, and low-key. I am so grateful to have found her.”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
