$24 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Lorenzo, CA

Hello! My name is Rakita I have over 25 years of babysitting and nannying experience with ages newborn to 12 yrs. I love to have fun, play games, read and provide excellent care to my families. I love to find out what my children’s interests are and allow them to lead in their play. For the little kiddos - playdoe, music, coloring and/or making toy/lego art. A favorite of mine is making oooblek which is a wonderful goo that toddlers to 3rd graders love to make. I also love to incorporate fun meal prep activities based on a child’s food preference and allergies. So if your child would like, we can make ants on a log (celery, your preferred butter if not peanut and raisins) or we make our own S’morse minus the camp fire☺️ or they help me make cookies and we decorate them, we can also decorate graham crackers if you prefer we don’t use the oven. Looking forward to meeting you! Thank you, Rakita

“This was our first time leaving our 18m old twins with someone other than a close friend or family member. We had a family wedding to attend and wanted to feel assured that the girls would be well cared for so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Rakita's confidence, warmth, and professionalism made me feel confident the girls would handle the experience well. She came equipped with new books and toys to help keep them engaged and got right down to play and interact with them while we finished getting ready. She sent wonderful updates and photos through the evening. Best of all she was gentle and loving getting them both down to sleep for the night. I would highly recommend Rakita. She is open and easy with her love, prompt in responses, and reliable. We were thrilled to have such a wonderful caretaker for our first hiring experience. ”

Hello! I’m Carla but I prefer to be called by Carli. I considered myself as a reliable, caring, friendly and positive person who tries to make the best out of every situation. I’ve been taking care of newborns, infants, toddlers since I was 18 years old and I have experience on taking care of twins as well. In my free time I like to cook and bake, listening to music, go out with friends and family, reading, going hiking, etc. I really enjoy doing this activities with the kids too. The most important reason why I enjoy taking care of kids is that I love seeing how they develop and learn new things every day. Have a great day and thank you for taking time to get to know me a little bit better. I’m looking forward to hear from you. •I’m happy to work with families with pets. • I’m fully vaccinated. • Can provide references. • CPR certified Please contact me for more info.

“Carli was fantastic. She was energetic, responsible, and always positive. Our two busy boys - toddler and baby - both fell in love with her right away. She created adventures for them and ensured they’re active and happy while staying safe. Both boys have food allergies, and Carli’s thoroughness made us feel safe. She made mealtimes fun and both boys ate well. Carli also patiently read book after book with our oldest until he finally wanted to nap. In short, Carli was everything you could ask for in a nanny and we hope that she’ll come work with our family again soon.”

$45 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in San Lorenzo, CA

Hi! My name is Alma , I have extensive experience caring for children ranging from newborns to seventeen years. My first babysitting jobs was at the age of fifteen, then I’ve raised five kids of my own. When all my children were old enough, I took care of a family who had a three month old child when I first started working for them, they had two other children while I was taking care of their eldest child. I took care of their newborn children until the oldest sibling was seventeen. I started as a nanny ,however, the job turned into a family assistant/ nanny as I ran the house hold and helped with families personal matters.

“Alma was very patient and attentive in caring for our six month old.”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
