Hello my name is Adriana and I'm from Caracas, Venezuela. I speak Spanish and English fluently. After high school I studied at a culinary school. I love food and cooking in general. After working in Venezuela in some kitchens I decided to come to US as an au pair, to learn the language, and more about this country and culture. Also I love kids, they are adorable and funny. So I knew that being an au pair would be a great. opportunity and experience for me. So, I came to the SF bay area (Novato) in 2008 untll 2010. I was an au pair living with a great american family taking care 2 boys. They were 4 and 1 years old when I got there. I was responsible for them for 45 hours a week while my host parents were at work. My duties include making their meals, laundry, homework, etc. I also played with them, read books to them, and participated in their daily activities. It was a great experience. After 2 years as an aupair. I started working as a nanny with an awesome family in Dubouce Triangle, taking care 1 boy (5 year old) and 1 girl (3 years old) also 45 hours a week. After being an live in nanny I stared to work ocationally eith kids. I have worked with all ages. I like all kids but my favorites are infants and todlers. I am currently taking care of a seven months old baby two days a week, and am available for occasional night or weekends. I am flexible with my schedule, (given at least two day's notice), and am always looking for extra hours, so please feel free to contact me! Also I'm animal lover so if you have a dog, cat, fish, snake, lizard, mouse, or whatever I'll be totally ok.... ;) NOTE: For ocatinal nanny share. the rate is $25 per family p/hr.

My name is Michelle, and I’ve been working as a career nanny for the past 10 years. I hold a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Psychology, and caring for children has always been my passion. I recently moved back home to continue my work with families and absolutely love babysitting whenever I get the chance or when I’m home visiting family. As for my experience, I’ve been caring for children since I was about 10 years old. Over the years, I’ve worked with kids of all ages — from newborns and toddlers to teenagers — and have supported families in a wide variety of ways, including: • Tutoring and assisting in after-school programs (ages 8–12) • Nannying for several families with children ranging from infants to teens • Providing on-call babysitting for multiple families as needed • Transporting children to school, practices, games, and outings • Working as a “mother’s helper,” assisting with errands, laundry, dishes, cleaning, and organizing the home In addition to my professional background, I’m also a mom to two young children (ages 2 and 4), which has deepened my understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs. I’ve cared for groups as small as two and as large as fifteen, so I’m very comfortable managing multiple children and adapting to busy schedules. I’m upbeat, friendly, responsible, and always happy to help wherever needed. I truly believe I have a natural way with kids, and I’d love the opportunity to support your family!

“Michelle was extremely competent, kind, and low-key. I am so grateful to have found her.”

I’m committed to promoting a child’s physical, mental, and emotional development. I supply all the loving care/support (lots of hugs and snugs). Im patient and I maintain an easy going manner but offer children clear guidelines/boundaries that promote positive behavior patterns. I am a native Californian, everyone’s cheerleader, an organizer/cleaner/minimalist, am focused on a healthy lifestyle, do not use any type of social media, haven’t owned a tv my entire adult life, am a multi tasking beast, have a pro-active get it done moving forward mentality, creative problem solver, have a big heart, my mom sent me to etiquette school so my manners are on point, have a calm demeanor but goofy sense of humor and can handle being called poo poo all day by toddlers. Hello! I’m Ella — a third-generation childcare worker, longtime nanny/sitter, and former preschool teacher based in Alamo Square. Over the years, I’ve had the joy of caring for children in many settings—from daycares & day camps to private homes as a nanny and home assistant. My experience includes working with multiple children of varying ages (including several sets of twins!), long-term care for neurodivergent kids, and supporting high-profile families, including the Founder/CEO of a childcare company. I'm a former preschool teacher at an Eco-Innovator & French Immersion school for children ages 1.5 to 4.5. In the last couple of years, I assisted a family with 3 kids ages 3 & under—including welcoming newborn twins! I also nannied part-time for a high-profile family with 3 kids, beginning when they were 3, 2, and 8mo. Parents and co-teachers describe me as highly attuned, creative, and communicative. I’m known for turning everyday moments into engaging learning experiences—whether it’s through rhymes and silly songs, thoughtful questions and conversations, or spontaneous storytelling. I love crafting activities that spark curiosity and joy. My childcare philosophy is rooted in the belief that everything is educational. -I believe children learn best through creativity, humor, exploration, and positive redirection. I value building off their natural interests, and I see outdoor play, art projects, and imaginative games as essential parts of each day. As someone raised near Joshua Tree National Park, I have a deep love for adventures, climbing, and bug-spotting with little ones—getting messy and curious right alongside them. As a lifelong writer, reader, and multimedia artist, I delight in co-creating with kids—whether that’s making up stories, multi-media art projects, or inventing pretend worlds. My style is warm, energetic, and fun, grounded in structure and a deep respect for each child’s individual needs and rhythms. I love connecting with kids of all ages, and nurturing their ability to create magic in everyday moments. Excited to connect with you!

“Ella was fully engaged from the moment she started with my 4 year old. They had a fun afternoon and she left play areas tidy which was very appreciated. ”

I’m 26 years old and I’ve been working with children since I was 15 in my home country, and for 2.5 years here in the Bay Area. I always loved being around kids and I have experience with all ages, from infants to teenagers. I can cook, clean and I’m a strong driver. I’m also caring, affectionate, energetic, fast learner, really responsible, trustworthy, pet friendly, CPR and first aid certified. I currently work part time for a family, so I’m open to part-time positions (especially in the mornings). Besides my experience with kids, I also have a college degree, and experience with managing, so I’d be happy to help as a personal assistant/organizer or mother’s helper as well. Please let me know if you have any questions, I’ll be happy to answer and to help your family.

“Nathalia jumped in on short notice and was on top of the details of getting my daughter and bringing her to an appointment and then home. We hope to see her again.”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
