$21 per hour for 1 child
Booked by 3 families in Louisville, CO

I have over 17 years in both Elementary Teaching and Early Childhood Education. I miss the chance to use the skills learned over years while I am currently at home. I am kind, positive, and set expectations and boundaries where needed. I take the natural opportunities to teach interpersonal and problem solving skills, as well as academic skills. I have many years experience working with ages newborn and up. I taught Early Childhood, 2nd and 4th grades. I've created childcare worker training for a previous job that did not have any and have taken CPR/First Aid/Universal Precautions trainings many times as well as car seat trainings. I am CPR & First Aid certified. I do not smoke anything at all, do not use any kind of drug & have a clean driving record. I take the responsibility of your child's safety and care very seriously. I will work to protect them physically and with what they are exposed to on tv, social media or otherwise. I am flexible and don't get rattled easily. The first year of my sons life was my favorite, though I find great joys with all ages. I have worked with a variety of special needs. You can look at the "Professional Teaching Experience" section on my resume to see my formal experience (feel free to ask for that). I've babysat since I was in 7th grade and worked in church nurseries prior to that. I am married with one child and like to move and be outside when I can. You are welcome to ask any questions of me as it is important to know who your children are spending time with. Kiersten

“Kiersten was amazing with our son! Would definitely hire her again.”

Booked by 3 families in Louisville, CO

Hello! My name is Jordan. I am 33 years old and live in Boulder. I have a BS in Business Management and an AS in Health Science. I have a new 2025 AWD vehicle for reliable transportation. I don’t smoke or vape. I don’t have any pets or children of my own, but I have been with Trusted House Sitters for the past two years, so I have ample pet experience and over 30 5-star reviews. I grew up in a tight-knit community and started babysitting as a young teenager. I nannied while in college and took classes in Early Childhood Education as electives. I have experience with children of all age groups, although I specialize in infants and love watching them learn! I have a substitute teaching certificate through the state of Colorado and occasionally substitute teach at Boulder Valley School District. I am CPR certified through the American Heart Association.

“Jordan handled six kids and two dogs like an absolute pro! She jumped right in and started dinner for the kids so we could finish getting ready. When we got home not only was everyone fed and ready for bed, but the house was tidy and clean. The kids had a great time and we look forward to booking her again!”

Hi, my name is Anabel! I attend the University of Colorado, Boulder and am studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology on a pre-medicine track. It is my dream to become a pediatric oncologist or a pediatrician! I am offering child care, senior care, and pet care. I am passionate about working with children and have seven years of experience babysitting children of all ages—from newborns and infants to teenagers. I also have experience with watching up to 6 kids at a time and have been a nanny for twins and a 6 month old for two summers. In addition, I work as a Therapy Assistant at Children’s Hospital Colorado where I collaborate closely with therapists, patients, and families to ensure each child is well-supported. In my time not spent at school or Children’s Hospital, I work at Denver Health Hospital where I am a Certified Nurse Assistant. I have also been a gymnastics instructor at Goodson Recreation Center for 4 years. In these roles, I’ve gained experience that allows me to provide the highest level of care possible for your children. I have been a caretaker for my own great grandparents and am comfortable with senior care. I love to play card games and can assist with any activities of daily living such as cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. I am a hold my certification as a Nursing Assistant and I work the night shift at Denver Health Hospital. I am First Aid & CPR certified and have been certified by the American Heart Association for my Basic Life Support (BLS) training. When I’m not babysitting, coaching gymnastics, working as a therapy assistant, or working as a CNA, I am a Youth Advisor on the Youth Council on Mental Health at Children’s Hospital Colorado. This position has given me the opportunity to work alongside members of Congress and Government Affairs to propose legislation that supports youth mental health. This position has allowed me to advocate for youth and underrepresented communities across Colorado. If you believe my experience and approach might be a good fit for your family’s needs, please feel free to reach out! I would be happy to provide references and/or meet your family ahead of time so you can feel confident in who will be caring for your loved one/ones. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust care for your family, and I am committed to ensuring that you feel completely comfortable with my services. I look forward to connecting with you :)

Tohar $30 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I’d love to work with your family:) I’m a bilingual, certified teacher. I would describe my personality as bubbly, compassionate and outgoing! I love working with children because I think it is beautiful watching the development and discovery they are going through as they're figuring out life and the world surrounding them:) I started working with kids when I was 14 years old, through volunteering in camps, watching family and friend's children and it has grown into my college degree in education. My main experience is with infants but I’ve worked with all ages! In my spare time, I love to cook, play music, grow plants, hang out outside in the sun and learn about natural and holistic medicines

Isabella $23 per hour for 1 child

I am BLS, AED, and CPR trained. I have been working with kids professionally since I was 14 but I have babysat my brother before that. I love working with children seeing how creative they are and how much energy and laughter they have makes me love babysitting. I eventually want to go back to school to major in pediatric nursing. I can be flexible as long as you communicate with me.

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
