Victoria 1 review
Cooper City
$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi! I’m Victoria, and caring for children has been a passion of mine for many years. I currently work as a Nursing Assistant in Labor & Delivery, where I have the opportunity to support mothers, newborns, and families during such an important time in their lives. My experience in healthcare has made me especially attentive to safety, patience, communication, and providing compassionate care. I have been babysitting since I was 17 and have experience caring for children of different ages. I also spent three years as a cheerleading coach working with children ages 5–15 and have worked with children in summer camp settings. These experiences taught me how to keep children engaged, create a fun and positive environment, manage routines, and adapt to each child’s individual personality and needs. I have a special love for babies and young children and hope to continue building my career around caring for mothers, infants, and families. I plan to begin additional training in postpartum and newborn care, with the goal of becoming a postpartum doula and expanding my knowledge even further. I am nurturing, patient, dependable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy helping children feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Whether a family needs occasional babysitting, infant care, a date-night sitter, or simply an extra set of hands, my goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their little one is being cared for with kindness and attention.

Victoria has been absolutely amazing with our three children—our newborn, toddler, and 5-year-old. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly reliable, professional, caring, and trustworthy. Having someone you can truly depend on when it comes to your children means everything, and Victoria has always given us that peace of mind. What stands out the most is the connection she has built with our kids. They absolutely love and adore her, and it’s easy to see how much she genuinely cares for them as well. She is patient, attentive, loving, and has truly become so much more than just a babysitter to us—she has become part of our family. Unfortunately, we are moving out of state, and one of the things we are genuinely saddest about is that we can’t take Victoria with us! She will be deeply missed by all of us, especially the kids. I would recommend Victoria 10 out of 10 times to any family looking for someone dependable, professional, loving, and amazing with children of all ages. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her caring for their children. We cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our family! ❤️

Melina Davie
$20 per hour for 1 child

Hi there! I'm Melina, a devoted mother of three with over two decades of experience as a preschool teacher catering to children of all ages. Originally from Peru, I bring bilingual fluency in Spanish, alongside a CDA certification, and thorough training in first aid and CPR. I take pride in my nurturing nature and passion for childcare, offering not just supervision but a caring environment for little ones. While I adore caring for children, I do have a fear of dogs and, unfortunately, can't be around them when they're freely roaming. Despite my full-time commitment as a preschool teacher from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, I'm eager to extend my care and assistance to families seeking support during evenings and weekends. Additionally, I'm happy to lend a hand with light household chores to make life easier for busy parents. Looking forward to the opportunity to support your family!"

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
