P’s = Parent(s) •Minimum booking: 4 hours. P’s pay for the hours booked and not hours worked, unless working hours exceed booking hours. I.e: P’s book for 7 hrs, come home within 5 hrs. Payment for 7hrs is still required. **Bookings on Holidays or beyond 8 hours are subjected to a time in a half rate. •Modifying booking: If you need to reduce your booking hours, do so 24 hours before booking. I can usually accommodate request to extend the booking before it begins. Please ask & do not assume this is fine. I often have bookings back to back. •Cancellations: If needed, please cancel 24 hours before your scheduled booking. However, cancellations within 24hrs will still require payment. Although not worked, these are hours booked which made me unavailable to other families & reduced my overall earning potential. Failure to compensate will seize our working relationship and any and all current bookings cancelled. •Last Minute Booking Request Bookings requested within 6 hours of a job will require a $40 booking fee. Fee is to compensate for rearranging schedule to accommodate yours. •Late Policy (STRICT): Please return to your family before your booking ends. Factor in possibilities, traffic, & recaps of our evening. 5 min grace period. After the 5th minute… ••P’s shall incur a $1 per minute late charge until their arrival/my departure. ••P’s that are consistently late, despite payment, will no longer be able to request bookings. •Parking: if free parking is unavailable, P’s are responsible to accommodate and/or reimburse for parking charges. **Sick children: I am unable to care for sick children. Please do not omit/conceal your child being under the weather. **Payment: Due immediately following service & before my departure.
