I left it all to form a youth-focused nonprofit in Chicago. After helping youth and young parents with their children, I recently decided I would try being a nanny/child caregiver when another nanny told me I would be great at it because of my nurturing personality, skills and love for children & youth. Babysitting was my first job. I grew up babysitting regularly for my neighbors, family friends, and even my teachers’ children. I also love cleaning homes and businesses.
