Hi everyone! I’m Lindsay and I’m a Sophomore at KU! I am studying to be a Child Psychiatrist and have a passion for working with children. I have babysat since I was in high school and volunteered at a pre-school in high school! I am CPR and First Aid certified. I also have a background in tutoring and am happy to help your kids with homework. I love to do fun activities and be outdoors and stay active with the kids! I’m so excited to meet your family!

I am a very easy-going and fun individual who has always loved to inspire new ideas with kids. My past years working as Site Coordinator with the Boys and Girls Club, I got to help children invent, create, and have fun in a safe, inclusive, and diverse environment, which is something I take great pride and joy in. I worked with Sunset Hills Elementary as a Special Education Paraeducator, where I worked alongside the SPED instructor in helping the students in writing, reading, speech therapy, and behavior expression exercises. I worked for a Pharmaceutical company as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator, where I ensured the safety of over 100 employees through my extensive knowledge of OSHA, KDHE, FDA, EPA, and other state and federal regulations. I currently work as an in-home caretaker, a pet-sitting company, & a high school swim coach (making me certified in concussion awareness, CPR/AED, & First Aid). On the side, I work part-time as a house cleaner and organizer, so one thing’s for sure: your house will never be left a mess when the day is done.

Hi! I’m a former educator and current grad student with experience working with kids from infancy through 12th grade in classrooms, pre-K programs, and nannying/babysitting roles. I come from a big family and genuinely love spending time with children- whether that’s helping with homework, keeping little ones engaged, or creating a calm and supportive environment. I’m very reliable, communicative, and flexible, and I’m currently looking for consistent babysitting, nanny, pet sitting, and house sitting opportunities while I’m in school. I love working with kids, I’m very attentive and interactive. I have 4 younger sisters that I’ve frequently watched for my mom for over 6 years. I also have an almost 2 year old niece I watch sometimes as well. I taught swim lessons to 3-14 year olds for almost over 3 years. I really have a strong passion for caring for children and making sure their needs are met.

I have previous experience working in a daycare! I worked with all age groups from infants to 5 year olds! I love kids so much! But I also know babysitting isn’t just about watching your babies it’s about helping them learn!
