Hi I’m Debbi, a 68 year young mother of three grown daughters with children.My granddaughters are ages 25,21,20,15,14,10, in which I’ve taken care of while parents worked, and being very active in their lives. I held a teaching position at A.D. Owens Elementary School for 5 years when my children went to school. I have three years of education at NKU. I’ve been married to my husband, a retired firefighter, for 38 years. I live in Newport Kentucky. I love working with children because they have little brains like a sponge, absorbing the world around them. I am a forever fur baby owner. I believe everyone is unique in their own way with their own personality traits and talents. My children and grandchildren are their own individual person in new chapters of their lives, so it’s time I move to a new chapter in my life With this being said I’m in the market to participate in the workforce to make the best possible career path for me. I have had a variety of some temporary jobs in the past, while my children were getting their education, and before my granddaughters were born. I’m currently a personal trainer who works from home part time, but have an Associates in Childhood Education and want to get away from personal training and into nannying again. I have experience nannying children of all ages, children on the autism spectrum, as well as growing up with a younger brother and sister and also caring for my nieces who are both under 2 years old! I have my own car and am comfortable driving children to/from places as needed and helping you out with running errands.
