Hello, I’m a full-time Nanny with coming up on 15 years experience from newborns to the early teen years with most of it being with infants and toddlers. I’m also the mom of 2 college aged daughters so I have a lot of flexibility. I’m Australian originally and attended the University of Melbourne but did not graduate. I’m CPR and First Aid certified and fully vaccinated. I have a safe, reliable vehicle so evening jobs are no issue and can pass all background checks. I have a resume and references I’d be happy to forward. I have lived in SF, NYC, Austin and as of March ‘25, New Orleans.

“Jane was a fantastic sitter. As new parents, we were in town and wanted to have a date night to ourselves. She came to our hotel and was so patient with our infant, only 5 months old. She was on-time and communicated well in advance so we had nothing to worry about as parents traveling with a baby for the first time. If you ever find yourself in need of a travel sitter, look no further! We felt so safe and comfortable with her. Her experience as a nanny can’t be compared. Thanks, Jane!”

Booked by 12 families in New Orleans, LA

Hi, My name is Waynisha. I am currently a online college student at the Houston Community College to concur my Associates Degree in Childcare Development. I have worked at two Daycare centers with the ages infants - 4years and after schoolers too. I am a firm believer of taking children outside on a sunny day and when I can’t do that it’s always time to do some serious arts and crafts with some peaceful music and our active imaginations. I believe that every day no matter what the age is it’s aways a learning experience with a little fun to it. I been caring for children since I was 16 years old and now as an adult I play a big role in caring for my child who is now a 2 year old some times I will bring her with me to a job when I am booked but I will never without the parent who booked me consent. Most times I will have help so no worries if my baby can’t come just let me know. Children are what keep me going every day.

“Waynisha was absolutely lovely. We visited New Orleans, and she watched over our daughter at our hotel on two separate nights. She was easy to communicate with, reliable, flexible, and connected with our daughter immediately. She lulled her to sleep both nights and kept us up to date on her status. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to her again next time we're in town!”

My name is Emily, and I’ve worked with children of all ages, from newborns and infants to toddlers and school-aged kids. I truly enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where they can feel comfortable and be themselves. I’d love to learn more about your family and see how I can help!

“Emily was wonderful! Easy to work with, my kids loved her. We were in New Orleans on vacation and booked her for 3 nights. She took the kids swimming, out to eat, and played with them! Would definitely book again! Thanks Emily!!”

Booked by 1 family in New Orleans, LA

Greetings interested guardians of our youth, My name is Tori B.! I have many years of childcare experience despite my age. I am a Mouth Carmel Academy Alum and LSU student. I have cared for infants, toddlers, young children all the way up through high school. I provided pick up and drop offs, healthy meals, tutoring, errands, light house keeping, etc. Basically I would like to consider myself an extension of a dedicated mother doing what needs to be done for the family's best well being at request. Apart of my experience includes providing care for a family of toddler triplets, a classroom of energetic toddlers, to a developmentally delayed child in which I provided physical therapy, to an entire household with youth ages ranging from 4-16 just to list a few families. I can assure you that I am amazing under pressure, creative, fun, multitasking, sticking to deadlines, a positive reinforcement, and disciplined. I absolutely love caring for all ages being that I am a family connoisseur with strong views in organic traditional family values. I believe, in order to be the best one must put forth work and effort into the things you want out of life. Being a child care provider is more than just a job for me, it is a lifestyle of a mother and family I hope to have someday. Through child care I gain experience, broaden my horizons using conflict resolution strategies, and through reading, research, practice, and implementation. I believe child care is a skill to be exercised, practiced, and tested just as we practice mathematics. In order to become better and surpass expertise, I take our youth's childhood very seriously to be nourished, cherished, and guided into adulthood. Thank you for your interest, time, and considerations. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to contact me. Sincerely, Nanny Tori ;)

“Tori is a phenomenal care provider and treats every child as her own!”

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
