Find an after school nanny in East Sandwich, MA

Hi! My name is Jordan and I am a freshman at Dean College. I’m looking for a summer role as a nanny or occasional babysitter. I can start in late May. I have been a summer camp counselor the past two years for children aged 7-17. I also worked full time at a daycare for about 9 months, working mostly with infants. I am Red Cross CPR and first aid certified for all ages.

I'm a young caring vibrant student going to school to become Doula then to eventually become a Nurse-Midwife. I love children I've always been reliable and independent when it comes to taking care of newborns up to teens. I also own a vehicle.

I have been a dedicated nanny for 13 wonderful years. I am enthusiastic and energetic about life and the work I do. I am looking for a long-term, consistent position with a family that I can grow with. Most recently, I was with a family for 10 years. I began working with this family when the boys were 2 mo. and 2 years old. It was especially important that I meet the needs of each individual boy. We did many activities together. Lots of reading, trips to the museums, parks, and lots of play time. Time was also spent just relaxing and enjoying the world around us. I also assisted with homework and school activities as the boys got older. They also now have a lovely daughter who is 2 y.o. General household management/organization are also on my skill list. From laundry, errands, and healthy meal preparation to transportation to activities. I am experienced caring for newborns and infants also. I was part of my first family for 3 years. I started with them prior to the birth of their very loveable twin boys. I helped care for the twins, their curious 3 y.o. sister, and their adventurous 6 y.o. brother. It is fantastic being with families with many children!! There is never a dull moment:):) I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Prior to my career as a nanny, I worked as a home based therapist / case manager for children and adolescents, many of whom had special needs. I have a calm, easygoing personality. I love to laugh and have fun!! In my spare time I enjoy reading, keeping fit, cooking, and giving my dog lots of TLC:):) I am punctual and thorough. I am a proud mom of three boys. They are grown giving me freedom to explore more options with work and life. I am infant/toddler preschool and school age certified by the state and have worked in the daycare setting as well as nannying. I enjoy seeing kids achieve goals and be so proud of themselves!
