** Same day bookings will be $3+ extra per hour. I have worked a few summers at a daycare helping with babies, toddlers and the bigger children in the summer camps. I also help out my aunt's daycare and I have for the past 5 years. I'm very maternal, children are drawn to me because I'm nurturing. My favorite community service is to volunteer at local schools to read / tutor / mentor children. I have a multitude of nieces and nephews that I watch overnight frequently and I work for a nonprofit organization for children.

Sabrina cared for my two daughters (ages 1 and 10) for over two years, and she was truly amazing. She handled school drop-offs, weekend care, and even occasional overnights. She was always reliable, caring, and wonderful with my girls they absolutely loved her. I’m so grateful for the support she provided our family she truly is missed!

Hi – My name is Yesica and I’m currently a student at UNC Charlotte, studying Creative Writing. I am offering child care, Spanish interpreting, and household assistance. I love working with children and have over 8 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and school-aged kids. I’ve worked as a teacher assistant, nanny, au pair, and babysitter. I can help with homework, crafts, playtime, and bedtime routines. I also have experience supporting children with emotional needs and creating fun, safe environments. I’m happy to help as a household assistant too – I can cook, clean, run errands, and help keep things organized. I’m reliable, friendly, and love building strong relationships with the families I work with. I’m bilingual (English/Spanish) and also available for interpreting or tutoring in Spanish. I’m not allergic to pets and enjoy working in homes with animals.

I graduated from the University of San Francisco with a major in psychology and several courses on child development. I am CPR certified, and currently work as a case worker for at risk youth in Charlotte. I have worked at the Ronald McDonald house in the UES for children with cancer. I worked at the YMCA at the day care, And also an after school teacher helper for the Richmond district in San Francisco. I was a camp counselor for kinder through first grade. I had about 40 kids in my group and the ratio was always 12:1. I also worked with a program that helped students from low income families reach their grade reading level. I was one on one with about 6 students a day, and I built strong relationships with each and every one of my students. I helped them reach their goal, and gave them the support and resources they needed to do so. I have been a nanny for 10 years and love it!

The kids LOVED Myra! Myra is very responsible and kept the kids busy. They had so much fun and we can't wait to have her back again.

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
