North Middletown
$18 per hour for 1 child

Hi! My name is Ashley I’m 18 years old and I am offering child care and pet care!! I have 5 family dogs and 1 personal dog of my own but they all get the same amount of love!!! I’ve had dogs since I was in second grade and they are my everything! I used to take my two older pups on walks and adventures all the time until they couldn’t anymore. Me and my dog Hazel always go on adventures like shopping, doggy parks, food runs, etc!! Overall dogs are everything! I also provide child care! I have three younger cousins that I used to watch and take care of! I love being a babysitter because I love being able to do so many different activities with the kids. For example, coloring, watching movies, dressing up, letting them do my makeup or hair, etc!

Ashley has been working for me since 2023. My daughter was 3, son, 6 at the time. I use her services quite often. My picky eater finishes meals for her. She keeps them entertained. We have not experienced any major problems. My kids are pretty active, so the occasional skinned knee is dealt with as I would. Ashley has never had to call me to solve a problem, but, I have no doubts she would, if necessary. Ashley has never cancelled on a regularly schedule date. She has also come through for me on short notice a few times. I trust Her with my children because she respects me, my house, my rules, as well as, my children. I don't worry when I'm out because I know my children are being well cared for.

I have always been passionate about working with children and find true joy in helping them grow and develop. Whether it's through educational activities, providing care, or simply being a positive role model, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful impact on their lives. I believe in fostering an environment where children feel supported and encouraged, and I look forward to pursuing any opportunity that allows me to do what makes me happiest—helping children reach their full potential. I worked as an Early Childhood Educator for around 2 years, providing care and educational support to infants and toddlers. My responsibilities included teaching foundational skills such as colors, ABCs, numbers, and songs through engaging and interactive activities. I ensured a safe and nurturing environment where the children felt secure and comfortable. Additionally, I assisted with feeding, diapering, and maintaining daily routines, while promoting healthy sleep habits by supporting naptime routines. I developed age-appropriate lesson plans to foster developmental milestones and encouraged social, cognitive, and motor skills. My focus was always on creating a positive, trusting relationship with each child, helping them feel safe, cared for, and ready to learn. I am also an active member of a sorority at my college, where I contribute to both the community and my personal development. Alongside my involvement, I maintain a strong academic record, consistently earning Honor Roll status throughout my education. My dedication to balancing my academic responsibilities with extracurricular commitments showcases my strong work ethic, time management, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

$25 per hour for 1 child

Hi my name is Marina. I was born in Ukraine and speak fluent Ukrainian , Russian as well as English. I decided to become a nanny 10 years ago because it is a very rewarding career that brings joy into my life. I have excellent references that I would like to share on private messages when the time comes.I worked in the Financial District taking care of 2 children but the job came to an end as a family moved to Germany. I worked for a family in New Jersey, as a live-in nanny; with 5 kids in a Brooklyn family as a mother helper; family with 2 boys and a girl, ages 7, 8 and 3 years, with a family in Battery Park city with 2 amazing kids ages 4 and 2. I also have been working in the day care for a year back in Ukraine where I graduated Teacher Training University. I enjoy playing with dinosaurs and cars, as much as dolls and princesses. I enjoy cooking healthy meals, reading and singing to kids, teaching manners and good eating habits, helping with homework and playing sport (especially soccer). I consider myself a great nanny that treats kids as if they were my own. I also have great reference letters that can tell you more about the care I give to kids, my priorities are safety, education and happiness when it comes to my job. P. S. My policies: - 5 hour- minimum of work -50% cancellation policy - ride home after 10pm -50% premium on Weekends - let me know if kids are sick. -50%/hour after 6pm -15$ eaxta for every kid

Marina is professional, punctual, reliable, and asks all the right questions that show that she is both experienced and very attentive to the needs of the little ones and the parents' preferences. She goes the extra mile, tidying toys and running the dishwasher for baby bottles without being asked. But most of all she is genuinely warm and caring and develops a rapport with the kids so that they are comfortable with her and look forward to her coming. Thanks Marina!

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
