Hi, I’m Sophie, and by day I work as an advocate counselor at a High School in Manhattan, which I have been doing for three years (I love it)! In my job, clear communication, trust, and honesty are integral. I work to keep kids engaged, on track, motivated, and to build their confidence. With that comes lots of chatting and working to make connections. I have been babysitting since I was in High School, and I have taken care of kids ages 2 months to 8 years old. Most of my babysitting has been with babies sustaining long-term relationships with families, and watching these babies grow into toddlers. I’m an avid sports fan, I play the New York Times games daily, and I’m always willing to try something new.
