Nice to meet you! I’m a 26-year-old with a wealth of experience in childcare and informal education. I have worked as a sitter/nanny for several families with school-aged kids (mostly 4-15) over the past 10 years, including children with disabilities. I am a former sleepaway camp counselor, lifeguard, and swim instructor. I have also tutored elementary students in English while abroad and worked as a teaching assistant in my local synagogue throughout high school, though I am not a particularly religious person. Some of my interests include arts and crafts, the outdoors, board games, reading and writing, cooking, and baking. I am also a cat owner and grew up with dogs so I am more than happy to help out with pets! I am looking for work in a different capacity: she would like to help families who need evening, overnight, and/or weekend care. She can be available in the evenings to help with meals, bath, bedtime and/or overnight care for babies. She is also open to evening and overnight elder care, though we haven't employed her in that capacity. Dzhanyl began working with our family when our daughter was one year old in a part time capacity, and as our family has expanded to three kids (now 5, 3, and 1), so have her hours and responsibilities.
