Hello! My name is Anastazja, but you can call me Azja. I’ve been on UrbanSitter for about 11 years now, since I was 18, but have been babysitting for what feels like my whole life! I’m the eldest of three children, and definitely had a hand in raising my brother and sister. My grandmother had 13 siblings, so I’ve had a lot of cousins, nieces, and nephews that I have helped out with over the years. I’ve done both one time sitting jobs as well as long term nanny positions in my time on UrbanSitter, ages ranging from 3 weeks old to 13 years old! I have a lot of tricks up my sleeve when it comes to crying newborns at naptime, or mischievous kiddos trying to evade the bedtime routine. I’m a big sister, so I have a lifetime of experience using a firm but gentle approach to misbehavior and tantrums, while still making sure your kiddo has the best day ever! I was a camp counselor as a pre-teen and always have arts and craft activities to do! Reading and doing some arts and crafts activities is great for all ages and it’s still my favorite hobby. A little about me, I’m a San Franciscan, born and raised! J moved to NYC in 2024, and have been having a blast getting to know the Cuty ever since. I also am a part time art teacher for K-8 students, who enjoys crafting, thrifting, watching live music and broadway shows, and reading. I am up to date on my Covid vaccinations, as well as others. Hi! I’ve got over 14 years of experience as a nanny/babysitter. I love to be active, get outside and creative with kids! I’m a big fan of walks and park play dates! I have a lot of experience with children of all ages. The most recent family I worked with regularly has three children; a five-year-old, a 22-month-old and a three-year-old. I was with them from the birth of the youngest and was also their nanny when they welcomed their third. I lived and traveled with them.
