I adore working with kids and spending time with them. In more recent years I’ve been working in DOE schools as a substitute teacher. Primarily in East Flatbush with elementary aged students. Over the past two years I had the pleasure of teaching with a co-teacher in one classroom. This has given me the opportunity to better see and facilitate growth in my students and create genuine bonds. I also have experience teaching art classes and afterschool classes through a local studio where my responsibilities included lesson planning, tutoring, and behavioral management. I love taking kids outside, swimming if they enjoy that, baking and doing art projects. I grew up with pets, dogs, cats, rabbits, etc. I can also cook, clean and run errands as per your needs. Hello Parents, My name is Patricia, im a Studio Art college graduate and originally from Ditmas Park, Brooklyn. My childcare experience began at the age of 11. Hello my name is Sade. I am 30 and currently majoring in Speech Pathology. Starting at the age of 14, I began my first job at the Brooklyn Children's Museum. Working with toddlers at a young age taught me the patience I would need working with children. Years later I'm even more passionate about children and experienced with children aged 13 months to 15 years old, but I am also comfortable with younger infants. I can do anything that is expected from changing diapers and making sure your child is fed to helping with homework and getting them ready for bed.
