Looking forward to providing an excellent time for your little ones! Currently looking for a full time permanent position

Awesome sitter!! Ann-Lyz was responsive, responsible, and so caring for my two little ones. Showed such a calm demeanor and readiness to play and engage with indoor play, outdoor play, and feeding them dinner to bedtime. My 6 yr old is usually a bit skeptical but took to Ann-Lyz right away, and my 8 yr old said she loved playing with Ann-Lyz. We will definitely be asking Ann-Lyz to come back and sit for us! They had such a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Hey Parents! My name is Arianny, I am 23 years old, born and raised in Brooklyn with strong Dominican roots. As the oldest of six siblings, caregiving became a natural responsibility early in my life and sparked my passion for working with children. Growing up in a big family taught me patience, leadership, and the importance of creating supportive, joyful spaces for young children to thrive. In my free time, I enjoy baking, a hobby that allows me to be creative and often becomes a fun, hands-on activity to share with kids. I am an accomplished childcare professional with over five years of comprehensive experience supporting the developmental, academic, and social-emotional needs of children ranging from infancy through school age. Currently, I serve as a paraprofessional and hold a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development — a discipline that underscores my enduring commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and curiosity in young learners. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I bring the added value of bilingual communication, enabling me to facilitate meaningful connections across diverse families and to integrate language enrichment into everyday learning experiences. My approach to childcare is guided by patience, intentionality, and a thorough understanding of developmental milestones. I am adept at cultivating safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environments tailored to each child’s individual temperament and strengths. I am available for morning part-time, occasional babysitting, overnight assistance, afternoon and evening support, as well as open weekend availability. Above all, I am committed to establishing collaborative, trusting partnerships with families to ensure that every child receives thoughtful, developmentally appropriate, and high-quality care. I welcome the opportunity to connect and to discuss how my expertise can best serve your family’s needs.

"When we hired Amani, we felt like we hit the jackpot. We were very lucky to find her on UrbanSitter at the beginning of school year. She was picking up kids from school, taking them to afternoon activities, helping them with assignments. She prepped food for them, helped organize their closets and keep their spaces neat and orderly. We would hire her again in a heartbeat."
