Hi! My name is Hailey, I'm 27, and I have quite a bit of experience with children. I've baby sat all the kids in my family (over 10 of them) for long periods of time from newborn all the way up. I am 12 years older than my sister and I basically raised her. My little brother just turned 1, I've watched him quite a few times since he was born. I've worked the nursery at my church as well as a daycare. I originally went to OSU for early childhood education! I'm also great at housekeeping, I have cleaned residential houses, airbnbs, and hotels. I don't have much experience with cats but I LOVE dogs, I worked a job cleaning up dog waste so I'm also good at that lol, I do love to give them baths and I've dog sat for many people I know. I myself have a 4 month Morkie :)

I’ve been a nanny for about 5 years. I started off with a family from my local church. I have volunteered at my local church, I was a live- in nanny for about a year & ever since then I’ve been a nanny. I’ve watched ages between 1 months to 13 year olds, all different age gaps! I am pet lover! I chose to become a nanny because I love children. I used to take care of my younger siblings, as growing up. They bring a light to my world! Becoming a best friend & just being someone they also look up too! I find joy in what I do. Love them like my owe, take care of them like my own! Having patience and understanding them. Listening to their creative stories imagination. Coloring, anything you name it! I do meal preps, cleaning, laundry, run errands. Anything in the household! I can take care of pets! I am reliable and flexible with schedules, I totally understand with things pop up & needing someone there!
