I am currently a stay-at-home mom and my four-year-old son is in Pre-K during the day. I know a lot of families are struggling to find care during the PPS strike and I would love to help out since I have the time as well as any other families that just need a little extra help. I have a BA in psychology and before being a stay-at-home mom had a career in tech sales. I am responsible, reliable, and fun. I am happy to also help out with household chores including laundry, dishes, and light cleaning. As a mom, I know how overwhelming household duties can be especially when you are working full-time. I have my availability listed as M,W,F but I can work any three days that are good for you and your family. I am available 9-4.

My experience: ~Being a nanny for multiple families, including kids with special needs. I have worked for multiple nanny and babysitting companies ~I have worked as a Behavior Technician as well as a Special Needs Paraeducator for various school districts. Both one-on-one and in group settings with kids with a variety of behavioral issues and developmental disabilities, mostly on the autism spectrum. ~Academically I have experience being a tutor and am very familiar with K-12 curriculum in the area, mostly at the elementary level. ~When I was a Teacher Counselor at a residential treatment facility I helped with leading, mentoring, modeling, facilitating groups and upbuilding youth socioemotionally.  ~I have 3 kids so I'm very familiar with how difficult it is to raise kids these days. It is definitely the hardest job being a parent but its the most rewarding also!
