I am 25 years old, I have a BS in Psychology, and am currently a graduate student attending Walden University but primarily online. I am dual majoring in an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and an MS in School Counseling! I am also engaged, soon to be married in November of this year! I have been working with kids since I was a Registered Behavior Technician from 2024 to February of this year. I have been nannying since December 2025 as well. While those experiences have been extremely rewarding, I’m looking for a part time nannying job so I can focus on grad school and wedding planning throughout the week. In my spare time (when I am not busy with wedding planning and/or grad school), I like to spend time with my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and my fiancée! Hi, I’m Mandalyn! I’m currently caring for a 13 year old boy with special needs that I’ve been working with since he was just 8 years old. I’ve helped with potty training, meal prep, sports events like special Olympics and other sports practices, homework and speech therapy, while maintaining routines and schedules depending on the child’s needs. I’ve also occasionally worked with other children from ages 2-13 for parents outings, date nights, etc. I’m responsible, patient, and love making kids feel safe, happy, and cared for all while having fun!

I have worked in various settings, including community pools, daycare centers and caring for a few children in my own home for several years. I am CPR/ First Aid Certified. I have my RBT, making me well-versed in caring for children of all. Additionally, I have experience working with seniors. I began caring for my 78-year-old-in-law and, two years, took numerous senior living courses. It is with a heavy heart that I share he has passed, but I believe he is in a better place.
