Hi , I’m Shia get to know me ! I’m a student at TCC College focusing on business and science. I’m a certified medical assistant. I have a reliable vehicle.
I enjoy shopping , nature and food ! I find peace in writing poems and reading books . I like small dogs .
I have strong skills in childcare, including creating safe and engaging activities, helping with homework, and supporting daily routines like meals, naps, and bedtime. I’m also skilled at communicating with both children and parents, staying patient, and handling challenges calmly. In addition, I have hands-on training from my daycare and teacher assistant experience, where I learned age-appropriate care, classroom support, and safety practices. I’m also CPR and First Aid aware, which helps me respond responsibly in emergencies.
I have been working in caregiving since I was 16 years old. My experience includes working in a daycare, serving as a teacher assistant at a school, and providing babysitting for children ranging from infants (0–1 years old) to school-aged children (3–13 years old). Through these roles, I’ve gained hands-on experience with different age groups and learned how to provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care.
I love being a sitter because it allows me to combine responsibility with something I truly enjoy caring for children. I enjoy being a positive role model and someone they can feel comfortable with, while also giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are well cared for. I enjoy spending time with kids and creating a safe, fun environment for them. It’s rewarding to be part of their growth, whether that’s helping with homework, encouraging creativity, or just making them laugh.
I'm excited to bring my passion and positive attitude to families in Texas.
I'm CPR + First Aid certified and ready to create a fun, supportive environment while gaining valuable experience and supporting your family's needs.
