I’m the oldest of 10 siblings and have cared for children my whole life. I previously worked as a preschool teacher at a Japanese daycare and now raise my own 2.5-year-old son, who is already potty trained. He will start attending a Japanese preschool in Salt Lake City this August, so I’m available as a nanny until then. I value organic, healthy living, can cook nutritious Japanese meals, and I’m comfortable with pets. I can drive for school pickups or errands. I speak about 70% English and always care with love, structure, and patience.

I've worked in the mental health field with children, teens, adults, and seniors whether in their homes or a therapy setting. Hello! I am super excited to get into nannying for families! Although I do not have any professional childcare experience I have 3 younger sisters that I have had to babysit/ nanny through out my life as well as nieces and nephews! I have had other small babysitting jobs, just not consistently in my work because I have been working a regular job as a social media assistant and manager, I am looking to pull away from that! I have been babysitting my siblings, cousins and family friends since I was 12. I am very good with kids, I can remain calm in stressful situations which has been very helpful when dealing with tantrums. I love to help kids explore and be imaginative. I am very kind and patient and will help every child feel cared for. I have lots of experience preparing snacks and meals, getting kids up for the day and down for bed at night. I have had lots of experience dogsitting and catsitting for neighbors. I love animals and love to cuddle them, play with them or take them on walks. I have also had experience taking care of chickens, which consisted of feeding them and giving them water and putting them back in their coop for the night.

I am currently attending the University of Utah studying kinesiology and psychology with a minor in nutrition. I am certified in CPR and First aid, with AED training. I grew up with lots of little nieces, nephews, cousins and was always the one at family events to be watching/playing with the kids. My experience is very vast with ages of a newborn baby to 12 years old! I was awarded best camp counselor two years in a row at Camp Adventurewood in California. I am available for all services and preferably part-time or full-time with a flexible schedule as I do have classes to attend.
