Hi! I am Dana, a freshman at the University of Arizona. I am offering child care, senior care, and household services. I was and continue to be the family’s unofficial babysitter, tutor, and pet sitter. Having a large family I have taken care of multiple children at a time, the largest group being of 10. My experience with care taking is extensive, I have worked with age ranges from 9 months to 15 years of age. I love working with children and have developed a passion for teaching. Most of my work with children have been through tutoring sessions. As for senior care, I have experience through supporting my grandmother after my grandfather’s passing. This included cooking with her, accompanying her in everyday tasks, and ensuring her every need is taken care of. Although I have have yet to be a pet sitter I have a dog of my own, and I ensure that his every needs are taken care of. I am comfortable pet sitting smaller animals, as my experience is with my small dog. I have experience house sitting for family members, and offer cleaning services if requested. Household services offered: driving to appointments, cleaning a general area, running errands, and organizing spaces. (I can bring my own cleaning supplies if requested)

I am a 22 year old, full time firefighter/ emt with a bachelor degree in Spanish and Biology. I was a nanny prior to joining the fire service and have over 6 years of experience with newborns, infants, toddlers and school age kids. I absolutely love kids & decided I want to continue to babysit part time on my days off. I can help with things such as driving, tutoring, cooking, cleaning. I am fluent in spanish & of course am CPR/ first aid certified as I am an EMT. My name is Valarie Getzie I was born in Nicaragua and came over to the United States eighteen years ago. First of all I had my first experience with senior non-medical caregiving in Tampa, Florida, I am actually offering light household services, listening ears and conversations. In the month of August 2006 we moved over to Tucson, Arizona and I volunteered at Rio Vista Elementary School at the Resources Office, helping students to improve their reading level and also in math, and after I´ve worked with Rosemont Community Church´s Children Program, as a lead teacher of their Truly Remarkable Children (TRC) After School Program. During these years I received at least 18 hours of training in Easterseals Early Childhood training program. During the last years I´ve been also working as a caregiver with Adultcare Assistance. At the present I am offering child care services to elementary grades kids including homework help, tutoring, arts & crafts and also elderly care. I am a "military brat" with an Air Force mom and an Army dad...My mom outranked my Dad!!! After living with my family helping raise my granddaughter I went to work with Home Instead (VA, NY & AZ) and Visiting Angels (AZ). I moved here to AZ to care for my best friend in her final years battling Alzheimer's. I have enjoyed sharing my life and adventures with cats, dogs, turtles, hedgehogs, birds and ferrets and have done child care, pet care, home care and geriatric care. If you need me...I'll be there.
