Hi! I’m Frankie, I’m a senior at Urban School of San Francisco. I offer cleaning services, pet care, and especially childcare. I’ve babysat for twelve local families as well as my cousin’s since they were newborns. I have experience with kids as young as newborns to as old as preteens, but i specialize in infants to ~five years old. I care for both individual children as well as twins, and multiple children. I believe that children should nurture their imagination and creativity. I try to keep kids off of screens as much as possible through playing outside reading, playing with toys, etc. When I have down time, I will tidy up the house as well. I also have my license and am happy to travel or help with any sort of drop off, pick up, or general errands.
I am a caring, responsible, and reliable caregiver with experience working with infants and toddlers. I truly enjoy creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I have experience with daily childcare routines, including feeding, diaper changes, meal preparation, nap schedules, playtime, and age-appropriate developmental activities. I love planning fun and educational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, sensory play, music, outdoor adventures, and creative games that encourage learning through play. Families describe me as patient, attentive, trustworthy, organized, and proactive. I believe open communication is essential, and I always strive to support each family's routines, values, and parenting style. My most recent position was caring for a baby for over a year, from 9 months old to 21 months old. I have also cared for newborns, 3-month-old infants, and 1-year-olds, which has given me a strong understanding of the different stages of infant development and the unique needs of each age. In addition, I have experience caring for children ages 4, 7, and 9, as well as managing the needs of multiple children at once. I look forward to meeting your family!

Throughout the years, I have been committed to helping families create supportive and enriching environments for their children to thrive. I am cpr/1st aid certified, fully vaccinated (dtab, covid, flu). I received my Masters Degree in HR management, but I have always had passion to coming back and working with little ones again. I hope you will consider my candidacy and let me help you with taking care of your little ones. Best, Mila
“Mila is the best and has a way with children where my daughter who truly does not warm up easily ran up to her after first meeting. She is loving and caring and just so grateful we found her! ”
I am patient and I love to spend my time with kids, I'm very sweet and funny, so I get along really well with them. I'm also creative when I teach. And last but not least, I am very independent, so I will adapt easily.
“From the very first day, Diana was punctual and reliable, always arriving on time. My kids adore them and often talk about the fun games they play together. Diana has a great way of keeping my children engaged with creative activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor play. Diana is one of our best sitters, and we highly recommend her!! ”
