I raised two wonderful humans to adulthood, and have been teaching high school English for 15 years while earning numerous awards and commendations. I also come trained as a first responder through 15 years of experience with Search and Rescue which includes certification as EMR (including First Aid, CPR, and AED for infants through adults) as well as numerous awards and commendations. I volunteered for 10 years in the youth program at my church (Calvary Chapel, Reno/Sparks), worked as the lead teacher of the school-age summer program at Little Knights and Maidens, led the youth program at my local library for many years, and led my own children through myriad sports and activities (soccer, dance, 4H, Scouts, etc). As my own children are recently off to college, I find myself with more time on my hands, and I would love to serve my community while making some extra tuition money for my own kids. Tutoring of course can be included in the services listed.

Hello! I am Nicole. I have worked with children since I was 15 when I started junior lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons. I coached skiing to kids for over 10 years. I have worked as a kids art teacher throughout the years. I speak very good Spanish. I am comfortable with infants. I am infant, child and adult first aid, CPR and AED certified. I am a nanny who absolutely loves children, child development and especially toddlers. I have 4+ years of teaching experience (preschool and kindergarten) and 3+ nannying. I moved back to the Bay Area with my husband to be closer to family and friends. I love pets, I have an adorable 2 year old sweet hyper doggy that I absolutely adore and 2 kitties we love very much! I’m NOT comfortable working for families that use spanking as discipline or any harsh disciplinary actions with children.
